This guesthouse is underrated. The place is great. The only issue is the busy road and the noise level of the rooms facing the road. if you are sensitive to noise like me, stay in one of the rooms facing the courtyard and they are just fine. Everything else is really comfortable. This property just across the lake would cost minimum double.

Despite the very busy road, our room, which opened into the courtyard at the back, was surprisingly quiet at night even though we had the window open all night. The place is really very decent value for the price. The sink in the bathroom was so low, it almost touched your knees, but for us it was great because my 3 yo daughter could wash her hands herself.

The fridge in the room was so cold it frosted our food and the paper cups provided in the room dissolved from hot coffee. A roofed bike storage would be appreciated. Too many emails with instructions. The self check in process was actually quite easy and did not need that.

The structure is easily reachable, and has sufficient parking for all guests. Automatic check-in allows you to arrive even late at night, without having to disturb anyone

In summer the lack of air conditioning is felt a lot... unfortunately leaving the windows open you can hear the road traffic, especially if the room is on the street side

Efficient location, also for parking our car, and easy check-in. A bit of a tiny room but well organised and clean, just as we desired for a one night stopover. And for a comparative affordable price.

A bigger room with a view over the lake would have been better but would have come with a higher price tag. So no complains.

Rooms were clean and spacey with access to the joint veranda. Nice decoration. Windows are effective and block out the traffic noise in the day.

Unfortunately the veranda was also the smoking area and the smoke drifted in day and night. Difficult if you want to sleep with the windows open.

Great room for an overnight stay with the family. It even had a fridge and a seated conservatory area to sit and relax in the evening. Check in was very easy and meant that you could arrive late after a day of travel.

- Parking space is not enough. If you arrive late or just drive to somewhere else for a short time, you could lost your parking space and hard to find nearby parking. - The shower was the drain pipe clogged.

Room was smaller than expected with a tiny private bathroom. Very difficult and uncomfortable to use the facilities.

Nice and quiet location. Efficient self-check-in system. Excellent terrace/balcony. Overall very satisfying experience.

It takes some time to fill the form via mofile phone. The form is unfortunately only in German which makes filling the fields much worse.
