We liked the location, is magnificent and close to the lake and also the Meersburg. Also a very quite place and a good value - price ratio.

It was a little to hot. It had a ventilator that helped, but in summer it's to little for the temperature. Also, please be aware that there's a lock where you'll have to get your keys. Check your email for the code, since no always is there staff to help you.

The family running the Gästhaus were exceedingly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and soap and a fan were provided. The location is 100ft from Lake Konstanz and surrounded by many shops and fantastic restaurants. The bar/restaurant at the base of the hotel was also an added bonus. I’ll be back!

The property is extremely central and right next to the lake. There is a great assortment of restaurants and cafes nearby. Check in using a code box to get the key was super easy. The accommodation is basic but very clean and very comfortable.

Lovely property in old town conveniently located close to boat harbour for lake cruises. Room and facilities were excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent, right by the lake and easy walking distance from the ferry. They give you a transportation card where you can ride buses for free. Cute classic building near lots of restaurants. It was easy to get the room key with clear directions on how to find and use the key safe.

The room I had was listed as a 'courtyard view'. It looked out onto a parking lot and trash area.There were delivery trucks for the restaurants out there at 6:30 am. Don't get the courtyard view. It was too hot to keep the window closed. Perhaps supply ear plugs.

The room is clean, everything functions, fresh renovation, very comfortable bed, located near the lake.

Considering the cost of living, there is some bewilderment that there is no kettle, no mini-fridge, not even glasses or cups in the room (very inconvenient, given that the hotel does not have a restaurant and breakfast), no hair dryer. Was provided with disposable soap and then one piece in a double room. These are small things, but very frustrating. After all, when a person goes on vacation to an far from the most budget hotel, he does not always take care to take shampoo and soap with.
