Beautiful interior, friendliest staff on our whole trip, location couldn‘t be better close to Ravensburgs beautiful old town with lots of shops, breakfast is excellent in a great atmosphere

If I had to name anything, the area is a bit noisy so make sure you got a room facing the old town, and the restaurant draws showoff crowd at night and seems a tad on the pricey/chic side but there‘s a plethora of nice options close-by.

It was a 4 star hotel even if it doesn't state that, and so everything was great. We, especially liked the room, bed and the breakfast was excellent.

The location was central, right next to the old town. This meant the hotel does not offer on site parking. They do offer an underground parking option offsite, which is an additional charge of 15 euros. We were already splashing out over 140 GBP for the night, so that didn't go down well with me, especially since the car was full with belongings, some of which I would have needed to cart to and from the hotel to the parking space. In the end, I used the municipal parking outside the hotel, which only amounted to a few spaces, which were in high demand all the time. It was a source of stress, and something which has stuck in my mind, rather than the enjoyment of a being in a luxury hotel.

Clean & comfortable rooms. Great location. Good selection of drinks at the bar. :)

Constructive feedback: Staff was quite unfriendly and unprofessional. Both at the reception and in the restaurant/bar. One lady from cleaning personnel who advised me that the restaurant was closed, was explicitly rude.

Breakfast was excellent. Not the best I've had in Germany (German hotels typically have incredible breakfasts). The yogurt and oatmeal especially were great and they custom make an omelet to your specifications.

There was a stain on my bedsheets when I arrived. They were obviously cleaned already though, but with such a obvious stain, I would think it is perhaps old blood and sheets should have been discarded.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. We could easily walk to everything. The hotel had a bar that we liked to go to after a night out at the end of the night. Great breakfast. Nice views of the city from the balcony. Overall great experience and great price for the value.

Very convenient location. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. Excellent bar/restaurant with a varied and excellent quality breakfast. The staff is very approachable and helpful. Overall a great experience!

The room temperature was a bit low at times.

Location was perfect. In the center of Ravensburg. Easy walk to my work and to local restaurants. Close to the train station. Breakfast was quite nice. Staff was very friendly and were able to accommodate our very early check-in.

There were some flies in the restaurant during breakfast, but I'm not sure what could have been done about that. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay and 100% would stay there again!

The bed was large and very comfortable, food selection at breakfast in the restaurant was superb, all of the staff were very kind and in positive spirits all of the time, and the minibar selection was also good. . . and the apples ! ! ! GREAT!

Having only one comforter for the bed and no thinner options was uncomfortable, as we both are used to having layers of covers because our bodies are quite warm when we sleep. I awoke a few times because I was too hot. The cleaning wasn't consistent, although the quality was right.

Beautiful hotel, everything really new and modern. The nice little extra (free of charge) is a visit to the sauna and resting area; which you usually share with 2 other people (4 in total). Is so relaxing and pretty.

Breakfast was amazing, but it took a bit of time if one ordered sth.until it was at the table.

Great historical hotel with close proximity to the old town center of Ravensburg. Great food in the Restaurant and AMAZING breakfast. Stylish rooms and common areas.
