The property is beautiful, the nature around is amazing and the amenities for children great. The room was lovely, that kept the barn vibe but modernised it, lots of wood and noble materials. And the little kitchen fully functional with even a dishwater. Multiple outdoor playgrounds and an indoor soft play area in the restaurant that is soundproof that we used at every meal. We didn’t get to use the outdoor pool or most of the outdoor playgrounds as the weather wasn’t great but I could see my children spending a lot of time there when sunny. The food is locally sourced, cooked on site and tastes lovely with vegetarian options if that’s what you want and the staff was really nice and helpful.

I liked everything ! The playroom was missing maybe different types of toys apart from bricks but it was still great to have a playroom ! We had forgotten our bottle warmer for the baby so we were missing a microwave or maybe the possibility to borrow/rent a bottle warmer for bottles or baby food, but we managed just fine without it and the staff was very helpful. Blackout curtains would have been a plus but not a necessity. Nothing was translated in English which was a little hard, especially to order food, but most of the staff spoke a little English and nowadays you have apps that can translate pictures which was really helpful.

Very nice luxury farm not a 5 star town hotel - thats what we wanted and we loved it. The kids had a great time playing, picking cherries and doing the corn labyrint. The Ravensburger Spielepark is close by and a must do day program with kids younger than 12 years old. I would classify it more as an apart hotel. There is a resturant but limited room service and cleaning which for 2 nights was ok.

Pool was a bit green and full of algae. Not sure if that was intentionally to be natural or if the filter was not working but we did not like it either way.

Located in the farm, next to cherry plantations, cows and more. Territory is large, having unheated pool, restaurant and the rooms I would assess as good quality. Good playground for kids. Hotel is all about nature and ESG. Good.surroundings for peaceful walks in nature and option to go to pick cherries :)

There was quite heated weather during our stay. Rooms are having reccuperation system, but no airconditioning. It did not handle the heat, sleeping was not pleasant at around +26 in the room. Fully open door to terrace did help

It's a nice place for families with lots of nature around. Spacious rooms and plenty of indoor and outdoor playing areas. The breakfast was superb. There are 6 charging ports if you come with an electrical car.

The hotel mentioned before, that the beds have hard mattresses. It is recommend to use the mattress toppers that the hotel offers.

We really loved staying at Gut Hügle, if only for one night. We were able to get a very affordable price for our stay, so it makes it even more difficult to find any negatives. The room was really modern and well designed, and all of the architecture was new and high-end. We fit easily in the (quite small) room, the kitchen was a godsend and the bathroom was super-nice. Fancy shower gels and whatnot really crowned the whole experience. The TV had Netflix and other streams automatically available and everything was just great. The amenities in the hotel are top-level, although we didn't make use of the spa, cherry farm or corn maze. I could've stayed at Gut Hügle for a couple more nights!

No real negatives, but I would just warn new guests about a few things: 1) the location is remote, so be aware that a car is pretty much required, and 2) the hotel is targeted towards families with children, so that may be a bother for some uninclined vacationers.

Place is big and Google maps drive to the wrong entrance. From that point at night is absolutely unclear how to find the reception. I hope the owner will fix gmaps directions

Amazing facilities and playgrounds for kids all ages. Great breakfast!!

The pillows were very thin. We did get a set of two, which was better but not optimal. The pizza was not so good. The towels were a little smelly.

The renovations and new facilities are excellent. We have stayed several times through the years and have enjoyed seeing the continued expansion. Beautiful grounds and great hub to explore the Bodensee region.

Marvelous place to spend time with kids or as a couple. The design and the food are amazing. But the best thing is the spa area.

Children really liked the pool, play areas. Picking cherries. Lovely hot showers plenty of hot water. Easy parking.

No aircon. Pillows on beds just a cushion. No support. Very uncomfortable.
