Very nice appartment, in great location. We stayed only 1 night, arrived late and left early, hard to say anything bad. The locality is inner town, sometimes hard to get near the building with a car (we have arrived during some festival, so we had to carry our bags, luckily that was not a problem). If we have stayed, we would have enjoyed the festival and this place would be ideal for it. Maybe next time! Also (this is not a minus for me, for I don't care - just a warning to others) you really really have to park far away, since there is no parking besides public lots and parking houses.

I know the owners tried to make everything great, but please, do not use that much water when cleaning. When we arrived, there still were puddles on the floor everywhere. Also, the water pressure in shower is very low.

no salt and pepper in the kitchen; the communication was really confusing: in the first message (right after the booking), it was said that copies of our documents are needed to get the code for the door/lock box, but after I sent them via email & WhatsApp, and there was no reply, I texted on Booking, and the host replied that they are not needed; a few days before our arrival there was another message saying the same about documents; and only in the morning on the day of our arrival, we got the code I believe that could've been said in the first message so as not to cause any confusion :(

The location of the accommodation was great and the beds were truly comfortable.

We booked over Booking.com. The information provided over Booking.com from Stadthaus Gut Hügle was well structured. However, in the first communication, the instructions said "After payment you'll receive a door code." It wasn't until the day of arrival that we saw that there was a new, additional instruction within a new, quite a long message requesting copies of our identification (of all guests) and only then we would receive the code. It all worked out in the end, but as tourists without Internet connection at all times (= stress), I would have preferred if the very first message from Stadthaus Gut Hügle/Booking made the steps clear (i.e. payment + identification).

the apartment is really clean and well maintained. It is on the ground floor in a building located 5 min walking from the city center. communication was easy and access the same. We parked right in front of the building but it was 9.00 PM and we've paid for paring only the next day

I was there for work trip and choose appointment near the office, I didn’t expected more but I was really lucky! It’s near to bus and train station and was easy to find. Rooms was nice and clean, with all necessary equipment. Bed was comfortable (we were there for one week) As I was there for work I didn’t had much free time but everything I needed were close enough - groceries, shops, restaurants and so on. View from my apartment was nice and cozy. I had some questions before and during me trip and staff was very helpful! Thank you!

I really liked the big windows that let in the fresh air. The room was a fair size and it has all the amenities that is needed

I was not able to use the towels supplied, I had to use my own towels because it made me break out in hives. But that is okay and that is why I bring my towel because I have sensitive skin. They supplied toiletries but I can't guarantee the product was gluten free or sensitive skin safe, so again I just brought my own products.vvv and I 5g

apartment, shower, kitchen, location everything was really great..

i wasn't aware .. that there are no elevator -- with small kids and heavy luggage .. was a little bit rough

The noise. Unfortunately there was a bachelorette party on different rooms… it was impossible to sleep
