I stayed in 2 different rooms - standard (view out to the back/parking lot) & then premium (view of the city with a balcony). The premium room I stayed in was nicely renovated and had a beatiful view with a small outdoor seating area. The only downside - if travelling with another person - is that the bathroom has a barndoor (glass) that doesn't fully close nor keep out any sounds or light if someone needs to use the facilities during the night/early morning. The standard room facing toward the parking lot had a solid bathroom door and had a lot of counter room in the bath. The room was a bit smaller, but very comfortable. I think they are slowly renovating/modernizing all the rooms. All rooms now have window screens to keep out mosquitoes & other insects - excellent improvement! :) The premium room also had AC (although I didn't test it as it was cool enough) - great perk! Breakfast was fantastic - with fresh made eggs to order - and the breakfast room (and patio) have terrific views of Ravensburg. Lots of free parking. Quite area. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful - great customer service! Will definitely stay again!

The glass barnstyle door in the premium room - doesn't shut completely & let's out light & sounds, etc.FYI, hotel is located on top of a hill, which means a good hike up or down if not driving - just something to consider if mobility is an issue (but perfect if traveling with a car).

The hotel is on a hill, about 30 minutes on foot from the old town. Some rooms overlook the old town, the other rooms overlook the forest. It has a big restaurant with nice view onto the town. It was full of people on Sunday evening around 7 p.m., so we couldn't park in front of the hotel, we had to park about 100 meters away in the same street. After 8 p.m. we could find a parking lot at the hotel. Anyway, it has big parking area. The room is very nice with modern furniture, it looks newly renovated. The bathroom has a sliding glass door, it is a bit strange. The whole hotel is quite modern, very clean and quiet at night. Breakfast is from 6.30, it has wide and high quality selection of cold meal and drinks. The lady at the breakfast was very friendly and helpful.

There is no fridge/mini bar in the room. Parking can be difficult as mentioned above. There is no hot meal for breakfast.

Very friendly staff straight as I entered the hotel! Showing me the room! Breakfast was good and the breakfast waitress was absolutely great!!! I was able to park my motorcycle right outside my window!!! I'll be back !!! 🙂

I could only stay one night more would have been better!!!!!

Breakfast and dinner were very good. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace with a great view of the city (only 10 minutes drive). We enjoyed a beautiful evening walk in the neighborhood as well as the city during the day. A very well staffed family business. The restaurant is also very popular with the locals.

This is a great hotel with great staff. Dominic is never far away to get you what ever you want and Kim behind the bar pours a great pint.Dad in the kitchen and mum doing everything else..All in all great accommodation and great food from this family run hotel and restaurant with top service and a smile.They also speak very good English.. We will definitely be back..

Parking on the spot. Very good restaurant. Nice guy from the staff explained me a shortcut so it's possible to get to city centre in 15 minutes. Definitely to come back

The quiet location looking over Ravensburg and its proximity to Ravensburg for the Rutenfest. The meals in the Restaurant were fab. Very accommodating with our cockerpoo.

People smoking on their balconies around us filling our room with smoke. The room and bathroom was a bit dated.

Amazing breakfast and dinner, very nice modern room with a terrasse, and wonderful staff. Would definitely come again!

Dog friendly. Spacious room. Very good internet. Free parking. The breakfast selection looked good, although we didn't pay for it.
