- The breakfast is amazing during my time of sty it cost 13.50 euro for new year promotions they had a wide selection of cold cut at least 2 delicious protein option bread cereal and different kind of milk and tea. There are gym and sauna available although I haven’t had chance to use them - Staff are very friendly

- The WiFi connection are somewhat poor reaching in my room I have to move the chair into bath room section to stabilize the connection - There are 3 large flies in my room although I don’t know what attract them. Disposed of them quickly

The personal was very friendly and easy. The location excellent - exactly in the center! The room was very tiny but.. comfortable, small but for single travellers and short stay enough. The bed was also comfortable. I've got a present chocolate when leaving and that was very kind and sweet.

Due to fact that there is no WC in the room, but shared, there is no small refrigerator in the room that the guest could cool things that are needed , the furniture is nothing special but IKEA. the price is to high for it. I've red that Ravensurg struggle with the accommodation and real estate problems, but for much better conditions I've often paid way less money in Dusseldorf, Hannover, Bonn and even Munich. Just an opinion..

The Manager/Owner was very charming and helpful! The room was a little small and the bed only had one pillow. I would have liked two. The breakfast was outstanding although I did not choose the scrambled egg because it looked very watery and unappetising. Apart from that there was a wide range of things to eat so I score it A1.

The room was very small and dark. The bedside lamps were difficult to operate and should be changed to something brighter. A second pillow is needed please and a bigger duvet.

The hotel is in the very center of the old town. There is a wonderful atmosphere all around - well-kept old buildings, narrow streets, bakeries, cafes, eateries, shops, galleries, some museums, medieval towers, a beautiful Town Hall, churches, clock tower, medieval fountains. We also had the pleasure of walking through the colorful farmers market on Saturday, spread over several streets in the old town. Walking on a sunny day enjoying the beautiful old buildings and the picturesque market, the ringing of the church bells and the extravaganza of flowers everywhere - unforgettable! My stay was in a top floor room (with a view over the roofs) with a shower and basin and a shared toilet on the floor. Even though the toilets (two WC) were shared on the floor and there were other guests, they were always clean with everything I needed inside and I never had to wait to use them. It's clean everywhere, really! The staff (at the reception, the maid, the girl who serves breakfast) are very responsive, calm, smiling, ready to help immediately. WiFi is caught everywhere in the building and is fast enough.

As a recommendation, I think it would be nice to have a hot water kettle for tea and coffee in the room.

This hotel was located at the heart of the city. It's a walking distance to shops and cafe. The room was fit for 3 person. They have sauna, unfortunately I did not have time to try it. Wide selection for breakfast. The have a dedicated parking spot which was about 5-9 mins walk from the hotel. We just need to pay at the hotel once.

- great front desk, cannot say more good words. Tell us where to park; how to check in - great value for the location - good center location, first time in this city and this hotel is very close to places where it’s still open late. - for the basic room, although shared bathroom, each room has its own shower and hand wash which is very convenient.

- hotel doesn’t have free parking or discount hotel parking. However, hotel provides location to where one can park.

- Great breakfast with large selection of things to eat (fresh fruit, croissants, rolls, salmon, etc) - Good coffee - Hotel located in historic center - that was fine for me with my e-bike, which I parked across the street. - Easy contactless check in after 8 pm with key code. - Everything very clean

- No air conditioning (it;s an old building). This is not criticism but just a piece of information in case you are traveling during a period of tropical temperatures.

Well located cosy hotel, with really friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room, bathroom and bed. There is a cattle, tea & coffee in a room. For late check in there is an option of a self-check in. There is sauna and fitness center in the hotel.

For those who chose no breakfast (like me) it would be nice to have a small fridge in a room.

The hosts were so wonderful and accommodating and helpful. Place is clean and spacious and central.

Gym facilities and sauna looked great but only open in the afternoon so couldn’t use properly.

Beautiful little hotel in a center of beautiful city. Very neat and clean. Breakfast is also great. All praise for the staff. Sascha rules.
