Breakfast was good room was clean & helpful staff

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room is usually expected in all UK hotels, obviously not here !!

The only 24/7 hotel in the area that has good value for money; we had trouble finding a place to do a late check after a very long trip and it all went very well. It was a lifesaver! Great parking, very safe as it closes at night. Quiet rooms. Helpful staff. The hidden kitchen inside the closet/room was an absolute highlight. Very well equipped room.

We missed having a coffee maker or a welcome coffee station, which is usually provided in hotels of this category. One of the purple pillows was stained and it was a bit gross.

The sauna on the top floor was a major highlight. Very clean and modern, with showers, indoor and outdoor rest area, plenty of clean towels, free stocked waters, and for a refundable deposit of ten dollars you can get a full sauna set (bathrobe, lotion, scrubber, slippers). Also the gym was much larger and we'll stocked than expected. We didn't use the breakfast but went there to get the free coffee and tea and the breakfast area was very nice. Staff was very helpful and spoke multiple languages. Parking was convient and easily accessible. One room was a corner and had windows on two walls, both rooms were clean and comfortable.

Can not think of anything! Maybe more water pressure in the showers at the sauna but that is a very minor thought.

Bed a bit firm for what we’re used to, but still ok. Hotel added a password for the internet about a month before, however information not updated and couldn’t get Wi-Fi until the next once we’d got the password.

All but not the receptionist from the 14/12 night. I just make a small joke and speak very slowly and he raise the voice against me. A small training about communication is maybe needed because seems that he was really stressed or under pressure.

Only the receptionist from the 14/12 night. The rest is like always good. The only thing that maybe you have to discuss it's to give a special rate for Fuyao Leingarten employee. We use to book your hotel but several time looking to book was not possible because the price was too expensive.

Great location, close to the central square, and only a 20 minutes walk from the train station. Quiet and clean, laundry room with an iron available if needed, gym and sauna available as well. I think it's a perfect stay.

I liked everything.

Staff went to extraordinary lengths to accommodate my request, the room was large, quiet with great blackout curtains. Quiet as a library. There was a bath tub as well as a shower with fast flowing piping hot water. Parking in the underground garage and an excellent breakfast served from 6am.

Nothing, everything was great. If I had to nitpick maybe the bathroom could use little cosmetic facelift some time.

Clean, spacious, functional with great facilities - garage parking with electric charging, laundry room with washing machines and dryers and complimentary detergent.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. Successful stay, comfortable facility and very nice professional staff. Excellent varied breakfast, and importantly monitored parking. I am very critical because I travel a lot, in this facility I found everything necessary to relax on the travel including a well-equipped gym. This place is certainly unique and worth visiting again and will not break too much of your wallet resources and on top of that a great location.

Breakfast are very good, location is perfect too. It was about 10 minutes by walk, to the city centre.

I stayed in a hotel in January, and there was too cold on the room and bathroom, better with the heater then, but it took time.. Too thin walls that I heard walking, talking and toilet from another room..
