Everything was top-notch except for one unpleasant moment

I had friends come to visit me in the afternoon, we were going to the pool, I was checking in at the time and we were going to get our stuff into the room. There was a small tame dog with the friends. No one said anything at the reception, for this is the norm in Germany - people can even holiday in a hotel with a dog. But a tall guy from the staff came to the reception and rudely told my friends to go outside, because supposedly it is not allowed to enter the hotel with animals. 1. this is disrespect to guests 2. rudeness and rudeness 3. last time I came nobody said a word about the dog. It was very unpleasant for my friends and I was already thinking of going to another hotel where the staff is more friendly to people and animals.

Great location, perfect for going to Experimenta. Comfortable rooms, easy nextdoor parking, great breakfast, friendly staff. Comfortable lobby with nice bar and good food for dinner if you are feeling lazy and do not want to go out.

Dinner can be a little slow - we waited about 45 minutes for our flammkuchen and Mediterranean sandwich. We were not in a hurry, so it was fine, but did take a while.

Well designed and constructed facility. Only issue while I was there was that the air conditioning was not functioning . I was told that it had been fixed on the second night, but there was still no air flow. When I checked out, another customer said the same thing. Otherwise the hotel was excellent, in all ways.

Other than the air conditioning issue mentioned above, nothing. It was a very nice place to stay.

24h reception, which was convinient after long drive, close to highway. Good enough for one night.

The receptionist acted like we were bothering him, didn't provide any information, didn't tell us where the parking lot was. In the morning, there was a smelly man lying on the chairs in the reception hall. The room was fine, unfortunately you can hear the road under the windows a lot.

Near shops and many restaurants as well the indoor sole swimming pool is next to the hotel. Loved the breakfast and the "funky" ambiance .

There was no fridge in the room and needing insulin injections was a little of a hassel, to keep them cool; the traffic is quite noisy if you have your windows open, if closed it is quiet.

The reception person was supper friendly and helpful. He had a lovely manner. Our room didn't have a remote for the TV and he sorted it out so quickly. Nice guy. The hotel is well set out modern clean and has a relaxing feel about it. Close to everything. The parking was so easy.

But noisy at night - but we choose to stay close to the city so not a big issues

The rooms, the bed, the quality & the staff! Everything was so nice for the price we paid. Compared to other hotels within the city we've been? The Premier Inn is by far 1 of the best for that price range. The staff at the reception were all very kind, had no troubles speaking English. And went beyond to allow us to store our luggage after check-out.

Looks like the hotel was recently renovated. Everything was clean and feels new. 24 hours front desk with the bar downstairs was great. The rooms are big and clean. The shower had strong water pressure and very hot water. All in all, one of the best value for money I had.

The parking is 200 meter from the hotel so need to first unload by the hotel and then drive to the parking.

Lovely reception personnel, Mr.D gave us the best welcome, with details about parking, room and breakfast info. The room was very clean, with everything we needed for one night stay. Parking was very close, public parking 10 euro/night.

For the short time we stayed we were all good.

Really nice beds, fast WiFi speeds, parking was close and cheap. The location is ideal for exploring Heilbronn or going to the nearby Bildungschampus - would definitely stay at again.

Better WiFi connection is locked behind extra payment/membership, windows can only be opened minimally so airing out the room is a hassle.
