The reception staff were exceptionally nice. I arrived a bit early, and they allowed me to store my luggage. They also helped me lock up my bike in a protected location. Room itself was very clean, lots of space and storage. Beds and furniture were fairly standard and boring, but very functional. Location for the train station was excellent, while still being within walking distance to the city center.

There were no chairs in the room, only a couple of padded stools. Probably not an issue for most, but it made it impossible to lean back, which irritated my back after awhile. Being near the train station, there were moments when the area felt slightly sketchy. Nothing obviously dangerous, just the occasional drunk person wandering around.

This hotel is very near from the main Heilbronn railway station (2 min /2OOm) by walk. 5 minutes to the city center. The free Wifi was properly and fastly operating. The rooms has AC (you appropriate in hot summer days). We did not used the breakfast (price 12,9,- EUR per person), but we used the dispenser for coffee and tea on the lobby area. No check-out needed. You do not get the key, you receive only the numeric code to open the electronic lock on your room's door. The location around the hotel is quiet, although we had the windows on the street, there was no noise during the night.

The improperly located turning switch lighting upon the bed. Situated very closed to the mattress (see the photo). During all the 3 overnight stay nobody took out our waste basket.

Booking com did not pass my reservation to hotel, even confirmed reservation to me, and take money from my card. In the middle of night, I was not able to enter into hotel (self-check-in after 22h) so I have had to call by phone and wait hotel clerk to arrive. Considering that booking com help desk telephone service did not provide any actual support to me, nor to hotel clerk, I was forced to pay another room, which was more expensive than previously reserved (and paid to bookink.com!) room. After my complains and few days later, booking.com has refund to me the cheaper room.

First of all I have chosen this hotel on my transit based on parking availability using filter option in booking. After I was charged the full amount I got the message that parking is "a special feature" and I need to reserve it. So I did request a reservation. Even though during my stay there was plenty of free parking spots I was redirected to public parking area about 1,5 km away. It is disappointing, especially when traveling with kids (which I mentioned also) and when sudden need for "an urgent item from the baggage in a car" arises at 11pm.

We hade the family room with double bed and bunk bed, it is functional and clean, which is what I am looking for when staying one night cutting a long drive in two. The staff was nice and helpful.

The choice of food/drinks in the vending machine - more fresh and healthy stuff (although I know it is expensive and is not selling.

A comfortable hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Wifi was good. Everything clean and nice. These are the kind of places you don't remember years later because they don't have a special character, but for an overnight stay during a long journey they are perfect.

For us there was no longer enough space in the car park, but it was the weekend and we were able to park free on the street. We could hear the sounds of the city a bit through the open window, but it was our choice not to turn on the air conditioning.

Location, facilities, self-check in, price. I like the fact that pets are allowed in the property.

We were not given a code for the parking via the self-check in, although we were charged for it.

Hotel is close to the city center and easily accessible from the highway. The location is quiet. Ideal for an overnight stay. The family room was a good choice.

Parking code didn't work. We had to ask the receptionist three times to get the barrier at the car park open.

perfect room, essential but clean and with everything you need to feel good. You have to get organized because the space is minimal (for the double room), but nothing that creates big problems . The room was on the top floor and very quiet. The breakfast maybe a bit basic ,but for us who don't do a lunch is perfect. The excellent location, 1 minute from the station and the tram. 10 minutes walk from the center.

The door to the room, very heavy and therefore difficult to open. In our room the door of the bathroom did not close and open properly.

Very close to Heilbronn central station. Easy check in/check out, made it easier to arrive late or leave very early without delays.

My room was directly on street level (pedestrian street) and the privacy felt a bit limited. I had to keep the block out curtains always closed.
