Very modern and comfortable hotel. The room was nicely decorated with comfortable beds. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee, and a very spacious bathroom. The room had lovely views of the surrounding area and the hotel is right in the heart of town with restaurants and cafes very close by. The staff were helpful and friendly and the underground parking was very handy.

Proper spoons with the tea facilities would be better than the wooden sticks provided. We were also put in a room with disabled facilities but there was no shower curtain and no where to put shampoo etc while using the shower. The small bottle of shampoo provided was also almost empty.

Was greeted by a smile from all of the professional staff. When no one for room service answered the phone, the kind person at reception contacted to return my call. It was very quiet and I had a very restful sleep.

On my reservation for a Classic Zimmer through Booking.com, it stated that there was a refrigerator in the room, but I didn’t find one. Not a huge issue and I didn’t ask at check-in or check-out.

I booked 2 rooms (for myself and a colleague) because we wanted to participate in the Trollinger Marathon in Heilbronn. We choose the Parkhotel because I stayed there before for business and I can truly recommend the hotel. Just the overal atmosphere is really pleasant and the rooms feel nice and clean. The breakfast is very good - but even though they use this charge in many hotels, I find €20 p/p for breakfast quite steep.

I previously stayed in this hotel and was disappointed by the staff attitude. However this time I could not complain. Everyone we encountered on the staff was lovely and the hotel was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The breakfasts are also excellent with a wide choice of food. Rooms very clean and any issues quickly resolved.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff so friendly and helpful. It is in a great location and easy to get to with public transport, the view from my room was lovely, and with such hot weather the air conditioning was much appreciated.

Too expensive compared to other hotels in Heilbronn, and you have to add the parking cost on top - Restaurant is good but limited choice to me - breakfast is good, but one sole person to prepare eggs or hot meals is not enough, so it was pretty slow even if the lady was doing her utmost, so not her to blame
