Loved the location and the offered amenities. The staff is bilingual (English/German) and extremely courteous. The hotel offers the typical German breakfast and has a full restaurant that caters lunch and dinner with exceptional local dishes. Menu is in German but nothing that Google translate can’t help with.

The hotel is in a lovely position close to the river. The owners are very friendly, the food is excellent and the room very good, even though we were a little sad to be at the rear of the building. There is a super museum close by at Sinsheim.

The only thing we found that has changed since we were last here was that they have removed the lift, which was a little sad.

it was convenient for the Neckartal Radweg. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean.

Like a number of hotels that we have stayed in on the Neckartag Radweg it had the new ECO bed linen that is in use in Germany which is just another name for Poly/Cotton mix. We like to feel the luxury of cotton bed linen when staying in a hotel, so I say bring back cotton bed linen.

staff friendly and very helpful. food was delicious and reasonably priced. not at lot in the area for young families but it was perfect for us

No lift up to the rooms but that’s only because I’m lazy and don’t carrying heavy luggage. not a problem at all.

The hotel was situated on the Neckar River. Very nice buffet breakfast. The hotel had a beer garden and restaurant which were convenient, but there were also other choices within walking distances for variety. The staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. They even found us a fan.

We were on the third floor, no elevator and no air conditioning. No in room refrigerator.
