The hotel is very dog friendly. Dog cleaning stations, dog-area in the breakfast room… for us this was a very welcome situation. Also, the breakfast has vegan alternatives such as vegan cheese and cakes. Thank you! The room was clean and the spa was welcoming and had two big saunas and a steam bath.

A fridge in the room would have been nice but on the other hand it is better for the environment to not have one in every room. The room was a bit small for the price and we didn’t have a proper table. We had a room with „lake view“ but our room was far away from the lake and the view was on the area between the houses.

The location of the hotel was amazing. It was opposite the beach and within walking distance of the marina and town. The rooms are well appointed and the balcony overlooking the beach was great.

When we went down for dinner in the dining room we were told they were "fully booked" and could seat us only outside or we could wait 2 hours for a table. As Canadians the wind and cold didn't bother us so we ate outside on the patio. The restaurant was never more than 1/2 full while we were served outside and after we left. I guess their definition of "fully booked" is different from mine.

Amazing location close to the beach and restaurants shops and marina, coolest beach hotel we have stayed in, amazing rooms great facilities and all a short stroll away.

Usually I don't like such big hotels, but I have to admit this one has two superb advantages: localisation nearby the beach, pier, promenade and really great breakfast, one of the best in my life :)

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The front desk staff was excellent and the room was very comfortable and clean.

The price was on the hefty side, especially considering our stay was in November, i.e. very much “low season”. Also, the fact that the restaurant couldn’t accommodate us for dinner was a downside. If a hotel facilitates a restaurant I’m of the opinion that it has to be able to accommodate “stay in” guests - on way or the other.

The hole atmosphere, wonderful location.

Our own fault, we arrived a bit too late, 21:45, to be able to find anything too eat, in the hole Heiligenhafen. Not a single place was open, and we had to bed with empty stomachs, since breakfast... Could be good with some very simple bar foods.

Beautiful, family and pet friendly hotel. The staff were incredible. Located on the beach, with many food options nearby. We highly recommend staying here!

That the 3rd Sauna was under construction. The smell in the floor, smelled like synthetic cleaner.
