This was a very nice hotel! Perfect location, close to the beach and restaurants. Our room was large with comfortable beds, nice views, free bottled water, clean bathroom. Breakfast was nicely arranged with coffee on the table and good selection. Heiligenhafen is underestimated as vacation place, so nice and close to the Puttgarden ferry if you are traveling by. The best hotel we stayed at durng our car trip to Germany!

Parking was a little confusing, large parking area is not belonging to the hotel No AC, so probably warm on hot days

A top class hotel! Nothing to complain about. However, a note though that we have never managed to secure a parking spot at the hotel itself but given that free parking exists 2 minutes away, it is not really an issue.

One minor detail, no airco in the rooms. But as the hotel is located by the sea, the breeze helps, provided one has a room on the windy side.

Really lovely hotel in a great location, great view from my room. Breakfast was excellent, great selection, everything was so fresh and healthy.

No air conditioning in the room, had to sleep with the window open, was a little noisy - noise coming from the wind/boats, but this was a minor inconvenience.

The breakfast experience was superb. Very helpful staff. We were even given warm gluten-free bread buns when we asked whether there was gluten-free hard bread!

No hygienic bags in waste bin of main room.

Excellent hotel - the room, the gym, the spa, the bar and the razor-sharp German service. This place is set in a beautiful harbour area so perfect for an early morning stroll.

The curtains didn't really block a lot of light, impossible to get the room dark

The hotel has become a yearly stop for me. It’s clean, comfy, well situated with a good restaurant. For anyone looking for a hotel in the area, this is worth a visit.

Given the value of the rooms, missing airco remains a constant surprise….

All parking spaces were full at 4 pm. The beds are very, very firm.

Good hotel with very nice rooms, good sauna, very nice breakfast.

The beds are really hard, but you can order a softer topper.
