Food in the evening was very nice .. lots of options and well-cooked. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable but the bed was a little hard and there was nothing to the pillow which made it difficult for me to sleep - but that is personal opinion only. The hotel is in the middle of Heppenheim on the market square and has its own car park, so excellent location in the old town.

Breakfast was fantastic with a choice of eggs, fresh bread, lots of cold cuts and muesli and additional things. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. The bathroom was a tiny bit small but not a big deal for me. There was a bit of a stain on the carpet but everything else was updated and nice. Fair warning, no elevators so lots of stairs to carry suitcases up. Neighborhood was so quaint and walking around was a highlight. There was parking behind the hotel which was convenient, though getting to the hotel was a bit difficult as some of the small roads were blocked off.

The staffs were very helpful in answering our storage need of the freezer, they also followed up with us very speedy when they found we did not give them an email address for the electronic invoice. We also like the breakfast - good variety, a very tidy serving area, and a good approach to reducing food waste. Location was in the center of the old town, super!

Excellent location, beautiful views, comfortable room, staff very friendly and willing to accommodate. The dinner menu from the restaurant was delicious.

The breakfast was limited compared to some locations we've been, though it met our needs and was included, the breakfast staff was friendly.

Location. Location. Location. You cannot get anymore "quintessential historical German" than this. Right on the center square in old town. Surrounded by small restaurants. We even got to see a wedding happening right in front of he hotel. So cute!

No elevator, which was a pain in the you-know-what, especially with luggage. Spiral staircase was cute but dizzying. Breakfast left something to be desired and staff was just ok.

The room was comfortable and contemporary with a very luxurious looking bathroom. The hotel is in an excellent location right on the market square although we didn't get any of the noise form the square in the room. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious and all staff were super friendly. Totally recommend this place. Excellent value for money!

There was no air con which was ok as we are used to the heat but the bathroom did feel like the heating was on unless you kept the window wide open.

Beautiful building in the centre of town. Rooms were clean and up to date. Breakfast was plentiful and the presentation was beautiful. Note that there is no elevator so suitcases need to be carried up the stairs, however employees happened to be there and helped us with that. No complaints.

The hotel was a perfect spot to spend a couple of days. The staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke English. The location was excellent. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was free parking nearby, and the hotel restaurant food was delicious!

Parking lot @ the hotel a bit complicated to find. You need to drive on to the marktplatz to find it right next to the hotel.
