Stylish, comfortable, good view. Please mind we were staying at the luxury rooms in the main building. Parking place available, that was really important as there were hardly any street side parking options. We left the car here and biked to Old Town.

No lift (3rd floor), no breakfast options (several good bakeries and good breakfast places within walking distance though).

Lovely furnishings, nicely decorated, a unique vibe. Comfy and quite spacious. Friendly staff on arrival. Nice safe area. Worth noting that we were (kindly) upgraded from an economy room to the deluxe room, so cannot comment on the economy rooms.

Nothing as such — might be worth noting for some that the property is quite far from the ‘old’ town centre, though there is a tram close by. We didn’t mind walking in, the area is lovely and nice.

Cute little boutique hotel, wooden floor, coffee machine and kettle, comfy bed. Residential chic area of Handschuhsheim but very close to the center, parking for free possible in the side streets.

The location is a little bit next to a bigger street but my window luckily went to a side street so it was quiet.

Generally clean and comfortable, feels a bit like an AirBnB where you can just walk in the door to your own place. Nice big room, staff kept it clean, coffee in the hall, very close to two trams, comfy bed, clean bathroom with a real non glass door. The place isn't perfect, but it's what I would call a perfect 3 star hotel.

The floors and walls are a bit thin and since the floors are wood you can hear people walking around, didn't really bother us. The street is close but wasn't too noisy as there are good shutters. It's not in old town but the tram is really close. No milk with the coffee you can make yourself. Small things.

the room faced the main street, where trams and cars are noisy. A small bar fridge would have been useful, and the lights were not sufficient to provide good illumination

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We stayed off site and there was a parking space reserved for us. There is a tram stop and a gas station within 20 meters The staff at the hotel check in were very friendly and efficient It is about 15 minute ride on the tram to Heidelberg

Location was great. Easy tram ride to the centre or to Mannheim. Lovely forest walk on the door step and lots of places to buy bits and pieces. The room was fab. Big and airy and the bed was enormous and really comfortable. We have family in Heidelberg and we will definitely stay here again. Absolutely spot on.

Not much. En-suite was a bit tiny but perfectly fine. There was a lovely terrace and we could see there was a bar and restaurant but they weren’t open! It’ll be an even better place if they ever do open up.

all went well, the staff and owner were very helpful too!

I am always picky with bed pillow. Probably different habits. in Germany accommodations offer the big soft pillows that for me are not too comfortable for sleeping.

Very nice staff, pretty room, close to nice coffee bar, now even a restaurant is available in the house. And so cheap compared to other places. It was my 4th time there and will come back.

There was no breakfast at this location but hotel owner recommended a very nearby place that was excellent

Maybe a fan as the weather was low 30,sC and room was very hot and realize that air conditioning was not an option in historic hotel
