Our stay was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were helpful, pleasant, and made us feel very welcome. I also really appreciated the complimentary Sekt at the reception desk and the fact that the receptionists spoke both German and English, which made communication seamless. The room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the addition of robes and slippers was a lovely touch that added to the overall comfort. The bathroom was especially impressive—modern, chic, and beautifully designed. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop bar. It had a great atmosphere and we were lucky enough to catch a fireworks display while enjoying our evening drinks—an unforgettable experience. The hotel’s location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. All in all, a fantastic stay. We would definitely return!

Friendly girl at the check-in. Multiple tv-channels in English. Clean room, big bathroom, comfy bed. There was also free water, tea and coffee in the room. Airconditioning was welcome. The breakfast was ok, bar on the 6th floor with an open terrace. Direct in the city center. Big parking garage with a dedicated space for the hotel, easy in and out even with a bigger car.

The room was quite far from the elevator. The breakfast was ok, but I have seen better in Germany. Maybe I should ask for an omelette next time...

We are coming from Nürnberg. We came a little bit early and we would like to a little bit early check in, because we have little daughter she was really very tired. But they told us that we must wait till 15:00 o clock. They did not offer us even a little bit earlier. That is so rude. We did not like it!!!! I had before experience that they could even try it from another Radisson Blu Hotel. This hotel is so big how come that it is all full. She told us that all rooms are busy.

Room big enough for two guests with almost every single item one can need. Excellent bathroom - spacious, modern, clean and bright. Big bath towels, ear sticks, shower cap, hairdryer, etc.

Unlike some hotels of the same stars-level, there were no soap (especially useful for people with allergies) but only hand and shower wash liquid, neither toothbrushes and toothpaste.

I like Everything ! Very modern design Hotel. I like the breakfast and the staff also friendly, came to us and ask if we want anything to eat like pancakes or omelettes, without extra costs. And i choose pancakes. The taste delicious! The staff in Reception also friendly and really kind. They are understanding my problem. I will repeat this Hotel!

The rooms, layout, all the toiletries, fridge, free water, quiet, the gym, breakfast…

I was confused on where to park my car at first. I may have missed the instructions but a kind reminder would be very helpful since I arrived at dark/late night.

First off all the persone who checked me in i didn't get his name was superb . The way he talked and explained os fanominal . Hotel is to the standard and the stay was pleasant.

Lunch was not that exciting and some of the staff could do with some training. Ones the llates was not clean and once the coffe cup at the coffe station was not cleaned properly

It was well located, near family but also in the city center, close to museums and events. Beautiful restaurant and brunch, perfect for Mother’s Day!

Access to the property was difficult. Hard to drop off/pick up people, to check in, to load.

Room was very nice. The location is center of the city and close to everything I needed. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. I would stay here again.

I didn't like the Bathroom\Toilet situation so much as the glass really does not provide enough privacy when you are taking a #2, but it was ok and I wont complain too much about it.
