Easy booking in, lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Had to pay deposit for an extra pillow and another deposit for a kettle and cups in the room but got that back when we checked out. Nice air con.

Couple of bits of rubbish on shelves from previous customer. Would be good to have a kettle as standard.

Super hotel. Staying here every year for M’era Luna. For the 3rd time already.

This time it was a chaos: we were given a card from a taken room. And we entered it… and saw private things of other people…. Yes-yes. I would say: additional problems with security. Came back, spent some more time at the reception instead of going to the festival. Once the same things happened at another hotel with my friends, they got a free breakfast. We got nothing as that. And because of what we have seen before we have hidden our valuables and put “don’t disturb” sign on the door.

The modern and very practical design of the room. The good breakfast even if it is a little pricey (10,50) per person). The late check-out time (12 o’clock and 2 p.m. on Sundays). The ecological policy of no plastics (only paper cups in the room) and biological food and drink for breakfast.

The carpeted floor which one can never keep really clean. The room rate seems cheap at the beginning, but then it adds up: room rate+breakfast+parking…So you end up with a medium price rate.

The hotel is located close to the city center with plenty of restaurants around. There is parking available at the hotel though we need to reserve a place. Very comfortable beds at a great price.

The floor mats were smelling bad especially in the lobby. The room had a smell as well but after ventilation, it went away. The rooms are not very big.

It was really great and so comfortable, the neighborhood was calm and got good sleep. I was just shocked that there was no water , coffee, or even the water pot heater in the room, and no telephone to call the reception. Otherwise, it was all super, and the stuff were so friendly

First want to start with complementing the boss of the hotel. The owner was very friendly and helpful when I checked in. The hotel itself is great. Everything was clean and looked brand new. I really like the modern look. It was also close to restaurants and bars.

There wasn't much I didn't like. Maybe the neighbourhood is a little sketchy but for the rest it was perfect.

It has been a pleasant stay and the communications with the owner were excellent. She reacts quickly to any questions you may have or any clarifications you may need. The apartment is new and clean with the necessary conforts. Recommended

There is no microwave but it can be useful

Self check in.Although staff member was at reception.Too long of a process doing it and only 1 machine available.Asked for too much information abd especially as some of our party were arriving later and did not have their details etc. Also person who booked for one other group was not travelling so it was difficult to check in and required a team members assistance.

Near Hildesheim Hbf, the room was big, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was diverse enough. Everything was satisfactory, and if the price is taken into consideration, it's undoubtedly a wonderful choice.
