Really nice hotel, room under the roof, nice and soundproof even from the massive thunderrain. right at the town square, could not be more central Good beds, fantastic breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. big parking garage

The dinner restaurant menu was not aligned with what was on the ipad in the room, and eventhough I asked if the had a specific course and got a Yes, they did not have it then I was ready to order. So I can only conclude, that the staff was to busy and didn't hear my question. probably due to a very noicy demonstration on the square against cars in the city, witch also ruined our dinner, as we couldn't even speak to each other.

Good location on central square with a lovely view of the buildings. Room was quite large and very nice decor, looked welcoming and recently renovated. Tea and coffee provided with coffee machine (though kettle hidden away and didn't find it until we were moving out of the room!) Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice.

Mattress on bed was sagging and provided no support, really uncomfortable. Pity this wasn't updated with the room. Sliding door to bathroom was very stiff, difficult to get out of bathroom!

-we stay here every time we visit my home town of Hildesheim. it’s always the same. -staff are very friendly and always polite. -my grandfather built the underground parking garage in the 1970’s and they’ve recently upgraded to a ticketless system (amazing). -absolutely gorgeous location looking over the restored market square. I highly recommend a room with a view of it. -restaurant is pretty decent with seasonal menus (nice white asparagus in May) -breakfast buffet is vast and German standard. -the location needs a second mention, neatly in the very centre of the city and parking is painlessly downstairs.

breakfast buffet is sometimes a bit stale… a minor complaint dining room could use a coat of paint… it’s functional, but could be better.

Nice hotel right in the old centre of Hildesheim. Good restaurant offering a nice choice of meals. Perfect for our overnight stay. Convenient parking which is important for us when travelling by car.

The mattress on the bed was to soft which didn’t offer a good nights sleep & the air conditioning was temperamental. Other than that everything was perfect.

Lovely room. Comfortable. Good design and furnishings. Good cleaning. Loved the breakfast especially the nut bread. The location was beautiful and convenient for where we wished to go. Staff very friendly and helpful both in the hotel and in the restaurant. One of the main people on the desk, I can't remember his name, sat down and helped me decipher documents. He couldn't have been more helpful. I was most grateful.

I couldn't see on the website that you had a pool so didn't bring my swimming costume. Disappointing. The room faced the car park.

The room was amazing, it was supper clean and even had complementary drinks. The breakfast was affordable and gave you a lot of choice. Hildesheim has a lot of history and is rather calm and doesn't have a lot of tourists. Connections where great as well easily accessible by train

Not much really, it was an amazing experience, the hotel is a little bit on the more expensive side but that is to be expected for the quality you are getting.

Super location for exploring Hildesheim. Quite and nice room and nice bathroom. Parking underneath the hotel with elevator from the reception. We had just one night on our way through Germany but we wish we had more nights here, because Hildesheim and the hotel was a really nice place. The check in/check out was quick. The hotel personell was nice and speak english.

Breakfast was a bit expensive, but there are many Bakeries in walk distance and we had a lovely breakfast at one of the bakeri in the town of Hildesheim.

We managed to get a large room in the new part of the Hotel. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The Hotel is centrally located from all the sites worth seeing in Hildesheim. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide variety for all tastes.

The car park was very difficult to find due to roads works in the neighbourhood.

Perfect hotel. Great location, around 8min walk from Hildesheim HBF. Super quiet street, comfortable bed and amazing breakfast. Even the pool feels brand new. Will definitely recommend and come back.

A/C is not the strongest even when set up for 18 degrees celcius.

The location of the hotel is perfect! You are in the center of the town, close to all the shops! The room is big and comfortable! The staff is very helpful and pleasant! I would definitely stay there again!!!

The room had a smell (maybe from the carpet) but we got used to it after a while. Also the bath floor is a little slippy.
