The location is great if you travel by train as I did. And usually you can reach any location in and around the city from the train station. Even walk in central places of interest is quite simple. Also gastronomy is close by.

When I appeared for breakfast, a large group blocked the whole place and i was recommended to come back half an hour later. But the staff was kind and helpful.

The lack of communication which is understandable as a German hotel runs differently to an English one. I think we were just overall confused on why or how things were charged which could have been communicated better. But it’s to be expected as we were in a different country.

I really liked the cleanliness, the facilities, the friendliness of the staff, the location.

What was definitely missing was an option to connect my streaming devices to the television. I would have liked to have watched movies and series and it was not possible. I would also like to have more breakfast options for people who don't opt for the buffet and would like to have just a sandwich or a cheaper option.

As always, Intercity is always a great stay. The staff are always friendly in Hildeshiem.

Got told off for buying a coffee across the road and taking it into the hotel. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Good breakfast, excellent location, beside station.

While I agree with economising on towels etc, one small towel and small bathmat, was probably a bit stingy; a larger hand towel or even a small bath towel would be more appropriate. Also instructions for the air conditioning controls would be helpful.

Clean, excellent location, friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Newly renovated.

Street parking on arrival was a little cumbersome for me as a foreigner, but once I got the hang of it I didn't bother to ask the hotel about parking options.

The location is outstanding, and the hotel is super fresh, and staff are friendly. Extra plus for free luggage room and refrigerator in the room.

I would have liked at hot water boiler and tea and coffee bags in my room. It is quite pricey hotel and usually it is included in other hotels.

The room was modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the curtains block out the light from outside really well. We were able to sleep perfectly. Location is very central, right next to the train station.

Although next to the railway station it was not a problem to find a parking spot close to the property free of charge. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating and promptly attended to our requests.

Breakfast was mundane
