The food quality and taste definitely ranks 1st. Very good Vegetarian Options. Secondly the staff are very accommodating. They did a very nice table decoration as I informed them that we were there for our anniversary dinner. They really take good care and can speak English.

The breakfast was outstanding (better than brunch!). The service helped quickly with every issue. The spa was nice but during the day crowded, however, at the evening completely empty making it our private spa! The walks up on that plateau are outstanding. When the weather is good, you see the alps to the South and a 1000m height, the "valley" of Zürich below is just an amazing sight.

The parking lot can be cramped and a bit difficult to manoeuvrer. The shower in the room was a bit small under the slanted ceiling from the roof (we were the only corner room) but we ended up using the spa all the time with very large and comfy showers so I never used the room shower.

beautiful and may wellness facilities (sauna a little bit small…). good Choice of Food, staff friendly. single room positively surprised me I terms of space & design! 👍

it doesn’t really have alp view 😉 (as the name suggests), entry to parking is really narrow, but those are details.

the Spa was very nice and spacious.

room was not cleaned properly. breakfast was not rich, sadly presented without love for a 4 star hotel, therefore not appetizing.
