Very friendly and helpful staff, family-run hotel so comfy atmosphere. Hotel is well situated and within walking distance of the lake. Parking cards are provided so you can park in the neighbourhood. Good value for money.

Nothing really except some detail critics : rooms are correct but a bit outdated by modern standards, I have the impression the hotel is being updated step by step so will not hold it against them. Also take the following into account : generally limited opening times of restaurants throughout the village of Schluchsee and many closures on mondays and tuesdays

Everything was so perfect in this stay: 1. Amazing host - they were so warm, and helpful 2. The breakfast was simply awesome. The person who served us the breakfast checked regularly if everything was okay and if we need anything else 3. The room was amazing! The balcony was huge and with a stunning view of the lake! 4. The beds were very comfortable 5. Location was amazing, very near the center of the city - and walking distance from the station and the lake 6. The hotel itself was very classy yet very modern. We really like the colorful interiors (including the towels, bed, chairs etc.)

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, it was so lovely, they couldn’t do anymore to have made our stay brilliant. We felt so relaxed.
