located just beside the ski lift. Also close to bus stop. Family room had individual corner for the kid! my kid was very happy with his corner. George was very helpful. He gave us extra heaters since we felt cold first night. Food in the restaurant was tasty!

No lift, so might be difficult if someone has issues with climbing stairs. Breakfast was wholesome but limited variety. Might be a bit monotonous. Sometimes we felt a strange smell at the entrance.

We arrived very late due to train delays and there were no buses left to take us to the property. we called and they organised a transport for us to the property. The bus stop to go to the ski area is very close and easy to navigate. They explained the benefits of city tax that we have never heard of like included transportation among other things. We had a really good stay.

The bus to the ski area is not very frequent and walking is very very far, but this is not the property’s problem.

The host was flexible as per our requirements and ensured that we had a comfortable. Room was spacious with a great view. Centrally located. And the host even recommended a nice viewpoint nearby. Restaurant had a great menu. Altogether we had a comfortable stay.

Breakfast options were great! Staff is attentive, but very laid back and easy to work with.

The hotel does the best it can controlling the guest parking areas, but visitors to the nearby ski area sometimes park in a reckless manner.

Unbeatable location in Feldberg, reason enough to pick it. Reasonable restaurant, if a bit limited choice. Breakfast ok

Location was excellent - right on the piste. Staff were friendly and helpful and most spoke English. We also had a distinct lack of snow while we were there, and the hotel were really good at spreading updates around the guests.

Breakfast could have been better. There wasn't much variety and it was the same every day. The menu for the restaurant was really limited as well. It had a fantastic cheeseburger, but their other dishes were not particularly tasty, and there isn't a restaurant anywhere else around. Cheeseburger, every night, for a week, is a bit much.

This place is so cute !!! It’s right off the ski lift which is so convenient and my room looked like a little German cottage. The staff were so nice and accommodating. I had dinner at the restaurant, s delicious spaghetti, and breakfast in the morning which was tasty eggs, cheese and fresh breads. Beds are firm but comfortable and the rooms are spotless.

Everything was fantastic the only thing is the public bathrooms for the restaurant smelled really strong of chemicals used to cover up bathroom odor. That may just be an old building/ old pipes issue because it didn’t smell at all in my room

Good place in the country side. We stayed one night with the family to visit the beautiful Feldsee lake just a few kilometers from the hotel.

Very nice and familiar atmosphere, lovely breakfast.

I skipped the breakfast and just had coffee but it looked good.

Nothing to complain about. The service in the restaurant maybe could have been a little more attentive but it was good overall.
