Overall, a great experience with excellent amenities. The spa facilities were complete and very relaxing. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. The hotel has plenty of attractions for children, including an indoor playground and a swimming pool, which kept the little ones entertained. A special highlight was the restaurant Lucia, which delivered an exceptional dining experience. The gym looked modern and well-equipped, though unfortunately, I couldn’t make use of it as I wasn’t prepared for a workout.

I was expecting more from the Panorama restaurant, especially given its high-end pricing. We ordered a Wiener Schnitzel which didn’t taste bad, but it was noticeably too oily for my liking. Overall, the experience fell short of the standard I anticipated.

We were a family of 4 including 2 little kids (2 and 6) in a family apartment. It was very spacious and clean, and the view was mesmerizing. The swimming pool is big and the water temperature is just right. The breakfast is very good and there is a wide variety of options to choose from including kids meals. Near the restaurant there is a play room where the kids can play after they finish their meal while the parents have a cup of coffee and a piece of cake. The spa is a amazing and the massage and the beauty treatment worth every euro! The kids can stay in the kids club and the supervised activities while the parents enjoy a massage or spa time. We will definitely come back again.

The pillows were not very comfortable, and it would be great to have menus and brochures in English too. Otherwise, everything was incredible!

Overall everything was excellent. One of the main points I wanted to mention is the excellent staff (Ostina Makaskey) she took care of us upon arrival and was super nice with dealing with my kids. She was amazingly kind and accommodating. We were very happy with her hospitality. She was helpful and kind in all means.

Everything! This hotel has it all, spa, pool, cafe for cake and coffee on a beautiful terrace overlooking the forest as well as 3 restaurants and a kids club! Lots of sport options too!

Friendly staff, clean facility and excellent food with plenty of option to chose from. Quiet area and perfect for family with kids having options to play.

1) would have been perfect to have one mattress on the bed not two pieces. our kid preferred to sleep with us in the bed and was really uncomfortable in the middle. Otherwise, all good! 2) really bad connection to WIFI

3rd time at the hotel, and not the last. Everything was fabulous. The heated pool and the gym, the restaurant with amazing breakfast and dinner. The staff was kind and friendly

Bit far from the normal tourist destination at Black Forest. Foods were too costly.

Absolutely everything! From location/environment and fabulous breakfast, to the most pleasant interior filled with lovely details and most professional hotel staff - it is all just perfect. Plus it’s pet friendly :) Plus cozy spa/wellness and indoor/outdoor pool The best hotel we’ve been to.
