Nice room with great location to the town

The self check in could be improved. I did the registration in advance and when I arrived I had buttons on the web site activated to open the car park boom gate and the front door. Once inside I could not find what my room was. Eventually I did the registration screen again then my room number appeared. When at my room there is no option yet to open door. Again I am wondering what to do and eventually try do the registration screen again and then a button to open the room door appears on the web site. I've done quite a few self check in apartments around the world and all were much easier than this.

Everything was very well thought of. The automatic online check in, online payment and unlocking of doors via mobile worked perfectly well. Rooms were very comfortable and well equipped.

The online check in process is very tedious, especially while traveling. It requires a mobile with internet connection, which might not be always available for international travelers. Isn’t an option for majority of older population.

Check-in system is excellent for an unstaffed hotel. Very modern, clean and comfortable.

Check-in system could be a bit confusing if you haven't done a similar on-line check in before. However Whatsapp check-in queries were answered very promptly,.

I was there in Summer and It was a bit stuffy in the room and sometimes you had the feeling you needed to open even more windows and doors to let some fresh air in. Other than that lovely room.

Close to the town and a pay car park across from the entrance. Free overnight.

The front door was unlocked by a code and if you didn’t have WiFi you could not get in. After hours you could not get hold of anyone. No staff on site or emergency intercom on the door. Luckily another guest let me in. Great idea when everything is working perfectly.

Very modern and well appointed with excellent breakfast

It took a while to work out the mobile-only check in arrangements, but once sorted it worked very well. Email Comms were generally in German which was a challenge at times, but website was in English too and worked well

Lovely bedroom and all the facilities in general are great. New and really well kept Fantastic breakfast with plenty if choice

It wasn't the easiest experience with the self check-in but we managed in the end. If you don't book advance it's easier to park in front downloading the app

we stayed for one night to leave very early for a hiking trip. check in was very easy via mobile app, room was clean and in a very good state. we didn’t have breakfast, so we can’t say anything about this. bakery are just around the corners if you want to leave before breakfast time

I don't understand why the sink is in the room and not in the bathroom/toilet.
