Easy to find near to all major shops and places to eat reasonable nearby street parking but able to garage my motorcycle in backyard. Exceptional breakfast and extremely helpful reception. Suspect family owned and run

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is indeed very good and the location is great (5-10 min walk to the Old town)

The street is a bit too loud on the weekends. Of course this is not the hotel’s fault, but there are several noisy cars (people making noise on purpose)

A comfortable, quaint and friendly hotel, with local character situated near Kempten town centre. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Other reviews say the breakfasts are good, it’s true, they’re perfect; a wide and varied choice of quality products served in a nice dinning room. Certainly a hotel my wife and me will stop off again when we’re next passing through.

The accommodation is located almost in the city center. Very clean and cozy. The hosts are friendly and hospitable. We booked accommodation with breakfast. For breakfast, many different options of dishes were offered. We recommend it for visiting. We also liked the city itself.

Sylvia, the owner, is a lovely lady and very helpful. She let us park our motorcycles in the hotel garage overnight. She also recommended a nearby traditional German brewery/restaurant where we had a nice meal. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and very nicely prepared. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were exceptional. Very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional.

The only small thing is doesn't have elevator as it is a historic building. Apart from that, no other issues.

The room was clean and large. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. All items were fresh and there was a wide selection. The coffee was delicious and the service was fantastic. The parking was ideal, and we felt safe where our car was parked. The locations was great and we enjoyed parking then walking to the old town for dinner and exploration. The hotel staff was so very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The young lady on reception was delightful, very helpful. Parking was ideal. Having the Italian restaurant next door was very good as the food and the service there were great. Breakfast was excellent after a lovely walk down to the Basilica and around the beautiful town.

Availability of a hot drink on arrival either in room or in lounge would have been good as would less noise from the heating unit in the room. That's all.

Staff were overwhelmingly kind and helpful. They emailed us with detailed check-in instructions to accommodate our arrival time and were very friendly in person. Rooms were lovely and spacious. Delicious full breakfast and lovely wait-staff.

Rooms were hot and hard to cool down at night, but the hotel can’t change the weather.
