Booked the one person room for a 1 night stay underway to Austria. Very small room (they warned me because I'm tall, and offered an alternative), but bed is long enough so totally OK. I wanted this room in order to not spend too much money for 1 night/1 person. Restaurant was traditionally German "gemütlich" without being "dusty old", and nice food, exactly what I like during my travels to Austria. Free parking nearby, easy access from/to highway, friendly service.

No negatives that stood out to me. Unless you are really looking for a very modern hotel with all bells and whistles, this is a nice stay.

A good, traditional German hotel. An excellent evening meal in the courtyard, and very helpful staff at breakfast providing gluten-free bread and decaffeinated coffee.

The church bells can be a little intrusive, but perhaps only for rooms on the front of the building.

A good traditional hotel in the small town of Nesselwang. An excellent meal in the courtyard washed down with their superb local beer and wine.

The only small thing that perhaps needs to be pointed out is that the very large church next door has loud bells that stop at 10pm but start again at 5am!

Good part its located in area where its surronded by Mountains and really good scenary. Had great time around the place Nesselwang. I would recommend my friends. Secondly we got koginscard from hotel which covered like AlpsitzBahn, and other things free of cost .That was really budget friendly. The breakfast was unlimited with minimum amount.

This place was awesome! Westayed in about 10 different places on our Germany trip and this was the best! Dawid checked us in and helped us coordinate staying an extra night. He was easy to talk to and understand. The room was perfect and plenty of room for 5 of us, we didn’t even realize there was a second refrigerator inside the room with water and beer until we were leaving. The local town card helped us visit the town pool which was incredible. My kids had a blast. We’ve never been to a water park with warm water!

Calm and peaceful place. We loved the room and town view from the window. Nice service, kind and understanding people! The restaurant is just awesome! Very nice beer and coffee ♥️ our kid loved kinder menu a lot.

The Hof Biergarten, friendly welcome, the wonderful dining room, the menu, quiet room, very good breakfast buffet, flannels in bathroom, the classy bedroom carpet, the welcoming drinks in the room fridge.

Wi-Fi bandwidth bit lacking

Great value. Great staff from start to finish. Great breakfasts. Great dinners. 3 of us shared and it was 2 X rooms so comfortable. it was snug and welcoming. I'll go back.

the crucifix in the breakfast room was a bit overpowering
