I liked this hotel. The room was new enough and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was good.

It is far from the train station and it was impossible to get a taxi. Apparently, taxis are busy in the mornings taking people to the hospital. Moreover, there was a festival close to Itzehoe. That meant I was stranded. It's not the hotel's fault and the very nice staff actually saved me, but that would stop me from staying there again.

The room was quite spacious and very clean. The staff at the reception was very kind and approachable. Even though I just booked everything went smooth with no hiccups. All together a nice and easy experience.

The room warmed up quite rapidly and while the windows could be opened we immediately had some insects inside. Nothing the hotel could prevent but it was a little difficult to cool the room down.

It was one of the better hotels around. The room was clean, the staff are helpful and professional, value for money was good.

The room i was staying at had a door connecting to the next room. When someone was staying there, it was a bit uncomfortable, you could hear everything.

Lovely dog friendly ❤️ 😊 hotel ,,, delicious food and nice staff, easy parking and nice area to wander round.

Our suite was stunning but only quality blinds at the windows curtains would be appreciated maybe its an English thing ???and there was thousands of TV channels but minimal English TV channels .

Very Big hotel room with huge bathroom

The receptionist at check in was so Nice. But the Girl at the check out kept insisting we had not payed, until 10min after when we realized we had. She blamed the system, but she was so rude instead of being understanding and just look proberbly.

I am a returning customer 😀

The heat in the room, is was warm, even with the windows open, it wasn’t cool enough.

Staff were excellent and friendly. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

A little out of the centre of the town when walking, but a lovely hotel, with a great breakfast.

Everything was fine

Breakfast and bar area was great, parking under the hotel was a bonus

I was on the top floor and the rooms could really do with A/C as they are so hot even though it was only roughly 15deg outside
