Nice peaceful location. Clean, comfortable with all the facilities you need. We booked the double room with ensuite.

The room we had was advertised as 'garden view'. I suppose it was but mostly of the car park really and unfortunately some other residents left for work very early and very noisily, standing outside talking very loudly for what seemed an age before departing. Our room was also underneath these residents and it sounded like a herd of elephants stomping around.

Excellent location and nice and functional decor. Really nice for our purpose which was a one night stay.

Wifi was non-functional during our stay. Staff was how really responsive when we made them aware. Unfortunately they were unable to fix the problem.

Great location, quiet, well maintained. Staff are great and friendly even though one lady couldn't speak English we understood each other. Great stay.

No taxi's in Gluckstadt so had to walk 3km to property from train station. Should offer a car pick up service.

The hallway echoes a lot. Another guest left or went to the shared bathroom around 5am resulting in waking up

The cleanliness of the rooms and the comfort of the beds. The kitchen had all the accessories to cook food.

I couldn't connect to the internet. Only one bathroom available on my floor.

WiFi - i was able to connect to the router, but the router does not connect users to the Internet. Tested with 2 different laptops and 2 different mobile phones. May be a restart could help, but the device was not available for maintenance... We cant bother all if we arrive late...

Very clean , modern and homely feel. Area to cook and nice area to sit and eat

Sharing toilet but that is clearly stated so no complaints at all.

Secure shed for bicycle storage, fans in the room, free coffee and tea, and a shared kitchen we could use any time we wanted. Plus nice hosts and a nice view out the back.

it was really nice, we had a wonderful room and it was great that we had the possibility to check out very early the next morning because our very tight schedule!
