Great location in the centre of town. Very comfortable bed. Lovely room and bathroom - spacious and clean. We had our dog with us and the hotel provided dog treats, a tin of dog food, dog bowls and a dog blanket in the room - made our dog feel very welcome! Breakfast was superb - lots of choice and very good food. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Well situated hotel with great parking (not included) in garage. Personnel very helpful - e.g. as dog not allowed in breakfast room.

Although dog-friendly, no space in the vicinity of the breakfast room for dog owners. Friendly personnel arranged space for us in the lobby (separate floor).

For us it was a time planned to enjoy our honeymoon, The house keeping kept on opening the door when I was about to kam. Imagine the pain of traveling from Stade to Hambury only to be told the train can't be moved anymore when you're 2mins to Hamburg HBf. . Eish I somehow hated that guy , please tell your staff that hotels are private , they can't just knock once and open the door. If this happens next time that guy will take me to the next level. I'm not joking 🙃

Such a nice hotel in a really quite part of Stade. Good breakfast buffet (although the cooked selection is rather limited), they have a parking garage. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

While the WiFi worked fine, I rated it very poor because the Telekom provider for the hotel blocked my VPN. First time thats ever happened to me. I think this is a security issue and the blocking seemed only to collect data on hotel guests.
