The location is great, easy to reach from the station, near some nice walkways and next to the old town/pedestrian zone with lots of restaurants, cafés and shops.There was a cute Christmas market on when we stayed in Buxtehude, right next to the hotel. The breakfast was OK. The staff was nice an fun.

It's too expensive. The room was kind of small, but OK, the breakfast was nothing special and the buffet presented in a way that 1 person could block everything for all others. the WLAN didn't work in our room. Also, it is quite noisy outside - if you wanted to sleep with your window open in summer, it would be too loud. So not really good value for money.

Could not find availability on Booking.com fr the whole stay so I booked a single for 1 day and a double for the rest of the stay. Upon check-in that was corrected and got the double for the whole stay, and I got a room in the attic with a beautiful view. Breakfast was great, the room very big

As I made a booking via Booking.com instead directly on the hotel website I was unaware that the reception is not open 24/7 and that my room key would be left in a safe at the entrance (apparently I should have been contacted by staff to tell me that). There is a number to call, and after a few minutes a person came, checked me in, sorted out the issue with the booking and gave a great room.

The breakfast was good. The location was great but rather noisy on the weekend. The bed was very comfortable and we had a fantastic view from our window.

Given a tiny bottle of shower gel and shampoo on the first day but nothing afterwards. With the price paid would have expected better. Didn't complain on site as bought supplies in local shop. Reception hours very short and couldn't get bottled water which hadn't been left in the room as usual one day.

Arrived late and had a little trouble figuring out that the second key on the room keychain was used to open the main entrance door. Parking was a little rough since there was a festival in town and most of the streets and street parking were closed but we figured it out.

The hotel is located in the beautiful centre of Buxtehude, about 15 minutes walking distance from the train station. Our stay was comfortable and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Overall, there is nothing to criticise, just that the price for the room could be lower. Sometimes I heard the elevator in my room during the night.

There are not so many options of hotel in Buxtehude, so this one was the best we had found. The Hotel has a very good structure and is very confortable. Although the reception is not 24h, the staff left our keys inside a locked front box and had coordinated with us the instructions for our late arrival

The wifi signal was very bad, almost impossible to use it inside the rooms

Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed it a lot. The paintings on the wall were nice. The room seems newly renovated and very clean. The view was quite good and the room was comfortable in a historical area.

There was not enough place to store our luggage. We wanted a table or a desk, too. The floor carpet under the bed was not good, as the edge of it curls up all the time.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety and generous. The location fantastic, so close in town and close enough to train station.

Hotel is in a great location (can be a bit noisy at night due to close by bars and restaurants). Breakfast is excellent.

The rooms are a bit dated and lack some charm.
