Breakfast hours quite short from 7-9:30 only. The lady at the reception was quite “cold” , let s say she did her job The noise on the corridors and from the 2nd floor - we stayed in little Elsa The location is nice from outside but the rooms are more like motel /hostel at the price of hotel

As many other guests of the Elas Brandstrom Haus have stated the breakfast was extremely enjoyable. The view of the place where the breakfast was served was really nice. I would also like to mention their nice staff, they were friendly and did their best to communicate with us as the only English-speaking guests on the day of our presence.

There are minor things that I would like to see there to make the stay perfect. Having a mini refrigerator and television in our room would have turned our experience from "very good" to an "Exceptional" choice. As a personal preference, I would have been more relaxed if there had been a shower slipper in the restroom too.

highly recommended hotel , exquisite stay. remote location , quiet. good breakfast. easy parking. there is a really nice route for runners and hikers. there is even a balcony in the rooms , which is nice

i do not mind , but there is no tv in the room. if you wake up late , there is lots of noise because of cleaning the other rooms.

Clean, comfortable, quiet area, really good breakfast

We didn't notice this when we came in late on a Saturday night, but our bedroom door opened straight into a corridor where a seminar or workshop was happening. We woke up on Sunday morning with the sound of chairs being moved around, and someone trying to start a presentation. It was a little bit awkward.

Friendly stuff. Safe neighborhood. Great breakfast. Reasonable price. Clean. Beautiful landscape.

Beds slightly uncomfortable.

The hotel itself is beautiful, its surrounded by trees and there is a lake view behind. The road that goes to the hotel is also very pleasant.

The location is fantastic, very quite y very nice . Breakfast selection is small but still very good, eggs cooked on the spot is a plus. The rooms, while a bit small are very modern and with a great view and super quiet. Parking is for free and there was always a place.

There is no TV in the rooms, so I had to talk to my wife =)

close by Hamburg very quit in teh forest near teh elbe between teh grand houses a wonderfull hotel

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was excellent beautiful place very clean very relaxing. I enjoyed it a lot.
