We will like to recommended this hotel because the staffs are very very nice and professional. Breakfast was very tasty and was a lot food to choose. Hotel is nice and clean and they have jacuzzi:) was top !

Plus and minus is metro station. Plus because you can go quick everywhere to explore town. But minus is the small noise. But in total is very good.

Very good location for the purpose of my stay. Nice room and bath.

It was very warm those days and I was asking for a room on the northern side. But I was told there is no vacant room on that side, though I hardly saw many guests. I got a room on the southern side and under the roof. It was unbearable warm especiable at night

The staff, in special a young man that did our check-in and a young lady at breakfast was very good! Breakfast was good and we loved the breakfast area, very cute. the room is also big and cozy.

Just the carpet in the room that needed to be abit more clean.

Charming little hotel in old but well renovated building with lot of character. My stay was quick overnight visit with 5am departure, so cant say anything of breakfast. S-bahn is right across the street so very easy reach in and getting baack to Hamburg city.

I did not like I had to leave so early as I would have liked to stay a little longer

Very beautiful place, calm and quiet. Perfect location with high accessibility; Very close to the train station, and by car as well it’s very close to the highway A7.

Very efficient, keys in the place as outlined and key code worked well. Breakfast more than ample and continued to be stocked. Good parking at the back.

Only think missing was tea and coffee facilities in the room. When we arrived around 10.30pm it would have been noce to have a cup of tea or coffee before bed.

It's a nice older hotel with great decor. Friendly staff. The room was nice, a bit small, especially the bathroom. The shower was excellent.

There are not that many choices in the breakfast buffet.

My room was spacious and clean. The hotel isn't in the city center, but it was close to my workplace. Therefore I was really happy about the location.

The person at the reception wasn't that friendly and the door to my room seemed quite unstable.

Location and friendliness of staff. Also good windows so that noise from road or train didn't disturb
