The location was excellent, and the staffs especially receptionist was extremely helpful and kind. His outstanding customer service was recognised. Also the house keeping lady was very helpful. Thanks to both of them.

Sorry I am not criticising just trying to point out somethings which could be helpful for the host to give comfortable stay for their guests. There is no kettle on mini bar. No facilities to make tea coffee. Pillows not comfortable, very flat and should be changed.

This was absolutely perfect place for my stay in Hamburg! I would recomend it to all "normal" people who look for descent place to stay in Hamburg, no matter if it is bussines or turist visit, is it one day or a week. Value for money is exceptional. Locatio is perfect, near important Altona station, building itself has that "old school" impression, with wood on stairsteps, wooden handrails,...

I liked that there is no elevator, i don't mind stairs, anyway those who need elevator should avoid it.

It was extremely convenient, located within walking distance from the Altoner train station and the main shopping area. Some great restaurants in the vicinity and close to the Altoner theatre, where our theatre festival took place.

Slightly damp smell, and the rooms are quite compact. Still excellent value for the money we spent. Shower head was hard to adjust. Very noisy, and you really needed earplugs.

Clean, comfortable beds, cool carpets, good interior, hair dryer in the bathroom. Great location Really nice receptionists - they let us check in earlier than expected and leave our baggage till 2 pm which was very convenient.

Prices rather high ,considering ,breakfast not on facilitys, and basic hotel, almost all hotels now, dont grill since Corona, savings on electricity, not passing on to guests, charging same as if their was grill fry , all about the profits now ,indeed,

Room was cozy, small but enough space for 3 ppl. Bad very soft and bathroom a bit small but still not bad. I wish it had cattle or fridge but, we were staying for a night so it was not a big problem. Staff were very friendly.

Close to everything the staff is super Nice :) the bed is comfortable .

If you are sensitive and wakes up easily like me, then you know you cant sleep peacefully. , but then if you sleep like sleeping Beauty like my partner and my daUghter then this place is great :)

It’s older and hasn’t been renovated in a while. But, the beds are comfortable the towels are clean and it’s really well located next to the train station.

The room was spacious enough for 1 person, cosy and comfortable. The morning breakfast was lovely and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Location is just opposite the Altona train station so it's very convenient.
