The property is contemporary and very clean. It is close to public transportation. The staff is exceptional, very nice and very helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

Everything but especially the contemporary interior the clearness and the close public transportation.

The rooms were comfy and the TV easy to use to connect our own devices. The bathroom and especially the shower were nice! The Staff especially, the lady who did our check-in were extra nice :)

We had a twin bed room, I was expecting a bigger room (as I had at the Moxy in Munich). Also the mattress kept sliding of the bed frame, it could be dangerous.

The staff was kind and helpful at all times. I've stayed in a Moxy before and the style of their hotels has a really cool vibe.

The mattress and pillows weren't comfortable and the toiletries available weren't great either (especially when it seemed that the shower gel was something else in the wrong flask).

Everything in this hotel just feels great! It's not cheap, I guess, but it's excellent quality - and it's actually competitive for Hamburg, on second thought. This hotel is pure comfort in every detail. Rooms are super clean, soundproof, comfy beds, comfy, functional, modern bathrooms. Excellent shower, excellent room temperature (I was there in November and in March). Wifi is excellent, breakfast is amazing (the vegan options are awesome!). I stayed for 3 nights, they welcomed me with a free drink, which is really nice and pampering, and my room was cleaned every day. No minibar, but everything you need.

Amazing smiles from all staff - a great sense of positive team, which makes the stay so much more enjoyable. They always so friendly and helpful. Can't wait to return. Also handy grab snacks/sandwiches are super useful for late evening arrivals / heading out for day to pack a light lunch. Gym is great - good, clean, modern equipment. Working area is relaxed with cozy spaces to hold more private conversations. Wifi is good throughout the hotel. Rooms are amazingly small - but just big enough for working away from home.

The range of cooked elements at breakfast is a little limited - but there is a good salad and cereal so it's OK. Sandwiches are sometimes a little dry because the eco wrapper they come in doesn't seal them in.

- The breakfast was outstanding. There was such a great selection that even the long queues for coffee did not bother us. - Great shower - Although there were many Guests, it was still a nice and quiet room. Effort was made to avoid having neighbours next door. - Good WiFi - Comfortable reception

- Nowhere to sit, not even a small stool. For one night, its just uncomfortable but for a longer period this would have been a no-go. - A kettle or access to a kettle in a kitchen would have been nice, especially at night we would have loved a warming tea. without the almost 3EUR cost for hot water in a cup. Its also just too far to go to get a morning coffee. - Nowhere to put clothing - AT ALL. Not even a small drawer. We had to hang our clothes on a coat hook. It just made the room very quickly untidy

Very good location, 5 minute walk to the S1 station that takes you to all the main areas of Hamburg Price was reasonable considering the occasion

The night light that comes on under the bed when you go to the bathroom at night is extremely annoying and wakes up your partner. The bed sheet was a bit cheap and didn’t feel great, as well as the pillow being an awkward size

I liked that the bar and restaurant were open 24/7. The staff were very kind and friendly. It was clean, and both the hotel and the location were very peaceful.

It was a bit far from the city center. There was no mini fridge, kettle, or safe in the room.

- Most comfortable pillows in our whole trip. - Nice large shower. Also the best one in our whole trip.

- "Altona", well not quite. We were disappointed by how far it actually was (you should take the S-Bahn from Altona). - Not a nice looking area in the hotel vicinity; pretty industrial/empty. - No Moxy song? </3 - Slightly disappointed: we've been frequent guests at Moxy Utrecht, and we like that one much better (essentially perfect).

the facilities were amazing - so much common space and the gym was incredible!! small but mighty and with a lot of great equipment that doesn't appear in any photo

the pillow was super big/puffy and I woke up with a stiff neck. the bed was very fine tho!!
