Dimming curtains is useless. Sunlight still go through and light up the room enough to woke you up at 5am ,specially in summer. windows we’re Open in Summer , so you will hear all the Noise from the street and its loud, very disturbing. We dont expect of course air conditioning system in the room since its Hamburg but you kinda need some air in the room to be able to sleep in Summer , so we can close the window. We just try to tolerate the loud noise for 2hrs more Sleep.

70/80s style building and rooms (which might not be everyone’s taste) but the rooms are big, bright and very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is not by the city center but on the edge of a nice residential area with a lot of nice restaurants, bars and cafés. Price was a bit high but to be expected as it was the Hamburg marathon and 40k people were attending the event. Would chose the hotel again!

The receptionist told me where I can park my car and I listened to her but when I left the hotel I had a parking ticket on the spot advised by the receptionist. No sign on the street about the fact that the parking spot was not allowed for parking.

The personnel was kind, the room was clean, it was calm, there is an elevator

It was a bit far from the city, the shower was kind of "old style", the bed was ok

receptionists were very friendly and helpful, room and bathroom were clean, enough space for a solo traveller, curtains to get the room really dark, lighting in bathroom very nice, close to bus station (5min walk) and to train station (10 min walk)

It was spotlessly clean and the staff were polite and friendly - especially given my German is very poor!

The general decor is certainly older, however the room we stayed in was comfortable with what looked like a recently refitted bathroom - faultless

Good location, 8 minutes by car/taxi do the center, good value for money - the rooms were comfy, clean. The breakfast was also good value for money - very tasty, a range of meals - both hot and a grazing table. Would definitely go back !

The staff was really helpful, i needed a nanny bag service after my checkout and they offer me it FOR FREE. Also the hotel has the best relation price quality in hamburg

The staffs are very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is elaborately decorated. with good Hamburg pictures. the breakfast is amazing. The room is cozy.

nothing much to complain. the only thing inconvenient is that it's a little far away from train station.
