Our appartment # 710 was great. Good kitchen facilities and very spacious. Very clean. Our friends appartment was 1/2 the size. It was on the 8th floor at the end of the corridor away from the entry door. # 860? but the worst thing was that obviously heavy smokers had been in there and the cigarette smell permeated everywhere. Parking was difficult but we found a free one and left the car standing until we left. Excellent public transport.

Well equipped apartment with modern layout. I loved it! Friendly neighboorhood. S-bahn is in a walk-distance, bus stops are more closer. Groceries, three fast-food restaurant are very close. The apartmant is sound-proofed. The air-con can be used for heating at wintertime also. Awesome view from the upper levels. Definetly will book next time when I'm in Hamburg! Staff is very friendly and helpful, easy to chat with them on Whatsapp.

On the 9th floor there is no ceiling lamp in the room, so at evening it could be a bit dark.

Spacious. Comes with own little kitchen + fridge! The view was nice (we were in the 8th floor). There was a desk to work on with a lot of outlets. It’s also close to the metro and buses, plus there are fitness studios in the area in case you want to train.

Mediocre cleaning. Some surfaces were really dusty, just like the coffee cups and glasses. Plus there were some stains and dirt around the bathroom and the main room. Luckily the sheets were perfectly clean and fresh. If the cleaning was more thorough we would’ve definitely felt even more comfortable.

Bit basic but absolutely as described - biiig comfy bed, good shower, WiFi was easy and fast. Good view out of the window from the bed and shower which was cool, although it was quite a simple view. Contactless check in worked well

Nothing had a great stay - maybe try having a smart TV with Netflix etc so people can log in to their Netflix, TV could have been a tiny bit bigger. Overall really good.

Apart-hotel with kitchenette that I really appreciate when on a business travel to be able to cook a warm meal in my room. I liked the free good quality goodies in the kitchen and the good quality hygiene products in the bathroom. I rated "staff" as "neutral" as it's rather "Not applicable" as I had no interaction with staff, all could be done online (check-in, check-out with downloadable invoice).

The smell in the bathroom (it was my 2nd time at Base Apartments and the 2nd time that the smell was bad in the bathroom) and the lighting in the room is not sufficient, with all lights on it's still too dark for my taste. But the comfort of the room for the price make that I would stay there again!

Everything. Probably best hotel what we ever had 😊 the apartment was extra clean, fresh and just looks very nice. The extra free foodies are something very nice and we really enjoyed free good quality coffee every morning. Bed was one of the most comfortable what we ever had. The check-in online is hopefully future, because it's very fast and you have everything ready before your trip. Also we arrived very early and we got message, that our apartment is already ready, so it's was super helpful for us ( check in was about 3pm, but we got SMS that we can come at 12pm). I really recommend this apartments. It's worth every coin 😊

Spacious apartments, nice breakfast, great amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, hair dryer, coffee and tea, snacks and drinks in the room), great shower pressure, sparkling clean and easy to check in and check out.

The online booking of the breakfast did not work so well and contained wrong information (the breakfast hours in the online platform have a mistake). Also, you could only book/pay for one day of breakfast (we stayed two days)

Not really in the city, but as a former habitant of Hamburg, I can say, yes, good location. The lively quarter of Eimsbüttel is close by, s Bahn/ bus within a walking distance to bring you everywhere. Subway and burger King in the next building. Supermarket a fivee- minute walk away. Spectacular view. Coffee and tea for free.

Some more glasses and cups and also a mirror would be nice

Excellent facilities and nice welcome pack of lemonade and German beer :) apartment was very clean and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided are all delightful! Apartments arent really near anywhere but it was very easy to get to nearest train station and felt safe walking back even after dark. There’s a shop nearby for supplies. Although there are no staff on site they were very quick to respond to questions.

Could have been more generous with coffee and milk for a three night stay as apartments arent cleaned/replenished when you stay. Apartment is a bit tired - there were marks and sellotape (?) on the wall. Additional pillows would have been nice as the ones provided were very thin and no spares. Not the biggest apartments but perfect for our needs.

A very well thought concept and providing excellent facilities. The studio was clean and comfortable, with everything you needed. You are provided with so many complimentary things which I was pleasantly surprised (crisps, juices, water, tea/coffee). Access to an emergency closet with additional items such as toilet paper, towels, iron, laundry. There is always a worry using properties with no reception but they have thought this through perfectly.

The room was a bit dark and the TV did not have a single english channel (probably due to Brexit lol).
