Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped me when my phone died and needed to make an important call. Good food. Limited menu but good quality. Handy location for bus and metro but actual street is nothing special. Digging road up during October 24. Quiet bar but nice staff.

Not the most central location but easy access to bus and train network. A limited number of bars and restaurants in area but travel to town offers more. Quiet but good restaurant

What a wonderful way to welcome in the new year 2024. We had a beautiful time in rainy Hamburg visiting museums, galleries, recommended restaurants and cafes. The hotel sauna was a pleasurable experience to warm up in the evenings. With the highlight of our new year getaway this charming and amazing boutique hotel. Fantastic service. Super delicious new year's eve menu with super attentive staff. The breakfast was also super delicious with a large selection from the buffet, including special requests to have cooked oat porridge. Thank you for making our stay at your hotel a memory to cherish.

We had an XL room that had so much space, our young daughter was able to run around to her hearts content. The sofa bed was already made up for us when we arrived. We had the bonus of a small balcony with a nice view. Check in was very quick and friendly. The bar and lounge space, although we didn't use it, looked very comfortable and inviting. Amazing location too near to plenty of action though not in the thick of it.

Wonderful breakfast - wide selections: Crispy bacon, waffles, coffee selection made for you, freshly squeezed juice. Nothing was missing here. Rooms were huge and had a huge bathtub. Nice with a balcony as well. Neighborhood is real nice and it is close to the great area of Sternschanz with great restaurants, boutique shops etc.

Extraordinarily spacious room with a huge closet and a very comfortable bed and a big window front. Continental breakfast was good, but pricy (25€ p. p.).

Brining a dog is allowed (which is great!) but it was pretty pricy. We had a small, non-shedding, potty-trained dog with us, incl. it's own food bowl, bed etc. but were still charged a whopping 25€ for it per night.

Wonderful hotel, with wonderful comfortable and quiet rooms, comfortable bed. Breakfast is not included in the price, but it is definitely worth having breakfast at the hotel. My family and I enjoyed staying at Boston hotel.

The price of parking should be cheaper.

sometimes the room had heavy smell of sewage found some flies in the room due to sewage / humidity or something breakfast is expensive if you can not eat dairy, meat and gluten ( you can ask gluten free bread on request though ) room was a bit old + smell of old carpet water in the shower wasn't getting very warm

We booked the family room, which was extremely spacious. Contained a small kitchenette, two king size beds and a separate wardrobe room

The bar is cozy, the interior of the rooms is really nice. We got a free upgrade for a bigger apartment room as well! Nice kitchen inside. Two balconies. Bathroom with huge rain shower and good water pressure. Start was friendly and forthcoming at all hours.

When we opened the windows on one side of the apartment, two very aggressive wasps entered the room and landed in the bedsheets. It was early November. Be careful when you're allergic like me!

I booked the “very large” room for three people. The room was really spacious, elegant and clean. The beds were crazily comfy and the shower was just out of this world. I will book the same room at this hotel every time I am visiting Hamburg from now on.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike about this hotel, however just for the sake of answering the question, I think the location was a bit far from the city center, however since taxi is really affordable in Hamburg we didn’t have any problems.
