Nothing to complain. It's really solid given that the price really is a good offer for hamburg. One extra point is for the location, which is absolutely perfect, if you want short ways to karolinenviertel and schanze. Also st. pauli is still just in walking distance.

No problems. We stayed in a room on the uppermost floor. When it's hot outside i can immagine that the room will heat up as well. For us it wasn't a problem, but the wheather in hamburg wasn't crazy warm at night, when we've been there

Very close to nice vegan cafés and restaurants

Unfortunately the staff spoke very little English so I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't had a little German from school, but in the end we worked it out. Didn't know about the extra tourist tax (?) but that's no fault of the hotel I guess, even though I would have very much liked the option to pay with card (they only accepted cash).

We stayed in a family room in the back of the building. The street in front is quite lively well into the night, but the back of the building is quiet even with the windows open. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and felt safe. Having 3 beds (a double and two singles instead of 2 doubles) was an unexpected bonus. The bathroom was large and clean. The room overlooked neighboring apartment buildings and felt very cosy and homey. The location of the hotel is fabulous.

The shower had a drainage issue. There was also some graffiti a former guest had made on the wall that was only half washed off/not yet painted over.

The location is great, and it’s very god value for money. The staff are also very friendly

My tv didn’t have a remote (but I didn’t use it). The room was only serviced once during my week stay.

Great small hotel in a brilliant location - loads of great eateries nearby and its in a very trendy part of town. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed.

This is a basic hotel but that was fine for us and thr price reflects this. A bit noisy as its on a busy road, but thats to be expected.

It was everything you needed for a short weekend away. It had close amenities on the doorstep (coffee shop, very nice!, Corner shop) but then also the reeperbahn was only a short 15 minute walk away. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, the staff were helpful when needing to arrange taxis! An overall great experience.

The Reception was super kind, and I got to check in early:) the room was really comfortable and was happy I could adjust the temperature. The bathroom was also very nice! For the price you pay, and how central it is to the west part of Hamburg city, it’s really a nice hotel to stop by! If you want to be close to St.Pauli and the Reeperbahn, but not too far from the centre either - it’s really a comfortable place. Thank you for the stay!
