The staff is extremely friendly and are taking an extra step for you if you kindly ask. I had the best room in my category and was super happy!

The reception times - only open until 22:00 and the restaurant was never open but for breakfast. No bar, no other people - it might have been the month but it felt provincial at times. The breakfast is ok but does not feel like love yet. Could be better. The breakfast service though was super friendly and great.

The room was spacious as well as the bathroom and toilet. I like how big the bed is. Desk table is wide enough to do work on it. The bathroom has good amount of toiletries and accessories (e..g hair dryer).

I hope breakfast was included in the hotel fee and would like to try the restaurant's menu next time. Available small fridge in the room, probably?

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The underground parking with entrance to the hotel from there was great for when raining. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and helpful. The view of the river Elbe was just magnificent. The ships that passed our room big glass doors were so close.

The hotel was in a very good location the surrounding area was fantastic staff excellent

There wasn't much to dislike to be honest ice-cream parlour and Japanese restaurant close by plus other amenities to everyone's needs

Comfortable larger than expected room. Excellent shower Very good breakfast with a relaxing view across the water. Very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again

you build a brand new hotel and you miss out on the aircon, hard to understand in these days - the designer should sleep during high temperatures in the room!

It was clean and quiet. We especially liked the fact that there was no issue with us bringing our Pet!

No direkt Hotel Bar or Resteraunt.
