Very clean room and hotel overall, quite, comfy bed, very nice breakfast (I am a picky eater lately and even if they didn’t have a very large variety, I have found some great options for me, so I can rate the breakfast as 10/10), and the stuff are very nice and helpful as well! I have specifically selected the hotel due to the fact that it had a gym, but at the arrival time the gym was closed. The lady at the reception has opened the gym so I can do my workout till 10 PM and I appreciate this a lot.

Breakfast was superb, the dining room was spotless, and the food was laid out with explanatory signs for non-German speakers. The staff were helpful and swift in assisting.

Very welcoming reception from the moment we entered the hotel, the room was clean, looked and felt like it was new. Bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Nothing negative about the hotel itself. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy if the police or ambulances is passing by, because the hotel is close to a main road.

The price was excellent, and the breakfast was as well - always important in my opinion. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable for me. Easily reachable location on a main road, albeit a bit far out of town (I was going to Hamburg actually). Very recommendable in my opinion.

Almost nothing really. The reception hours are a bit short, but they helped me out with the code to an electronic key safe, so that late arrival was still facilitated.

The fact that there is not a proper parking belonging to the hotel. You can park closesly around as it is free parking, but the hotel does not offer it. The attitude of the receptionst at check-in.

Breakfast was really very nice and staff very friendly and accommodating. It 's good that there is an elevator for rooms that are not on the ground floor. Room was clean and kept clean every day. Parking is easy and in front of the hotel available. Similarly, there are many restaurants nearby

Bathroom was ok but the shower was evidently old with some mold and the water was not coming out from the shower head with enough pressure. There is no staff available after 8pm. One day the WiFi stopped working and there was noone to fix it

It‘s a hidden gem on the side of the road. Looks like you are entering a different world. Very cute building, the staff is nice, the rooms comfortable and clean. Great breakfast. Everything is cosy and the train connection into the city is very easy.

Very friendly staff who offered overnight use of a garage for our motorbike as it was raining. Short walk to local steak house. Comfortable beds and the buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful.
