Great breakfast. Wanted to eat all of the options but the bread was too tasty and I was always too filled up with rolls and great kännchen kaffee to manage all the cheeses and cereals. Room was a large double. Very friendly staff made me and my daughter very welcome. The rooms, bathroom and all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean. Did I mention breakfast?

The bed was firmer than I like. For some reason I found sleeping difficult and this may have been the reason. However, I am a light sleeper in general. Extra pillows would be better. Nothing to be done about it but location requires a car or be prepared to spend a lot of time getting to the S-bahn stations at Rissen (closest) or Wedel (nearby frequent bus access)

The staff was very nice, there was a lift. The room had a lot of space. Green areas nearby to walk your dog + they give you small treats for your flurry friends. The breakfast was delicious and lot of variety. Check out at 11 was great.

It wasn’t an issue for us but the train is next to the hotel, but it’s a short train (short time of noise) and it doesn’t sound very loud. Also we had to wait 5-7 mins for a table on the breakfast but we were not in a hurry so it was ok too.

This was a short business trip and the hotel is close to the work location in Wedel. Very good breakfast buffet, room was large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small but sufficient. The youg ladies at the reception were friendly and welcoming.

Very friendly and helpful staff, even though I arrived after 12am after a delayed flight. My room had aircon, which is helpful during hot summer nights. My room was also very spacious, clean, modern with nice practical touches in the bathroom and space for suitcases. I thought the railway was going to keep me awake, but surprisingly not.

Location is a bit far from town centre, but it is still conveniently close to my employer's office and bus stations are also close by. I would definitely stay at Hotel Kreuzer again.

Very helpful and nice staff. We arrived late, but the girl was waiting for us. It was nice. The hotel is clean and stylish. The beds were very comfortable. The parking is large and there was enough space for all the guests, despite the fact that the hotel was completely full. The breakfasts are very good. I highly recommend it.

At breakfast there was a small confusion about coffee and hot water, but the staff is nice and there were a lot of people so no hard feelings. Perhaps a tip to think about a self service coffee machine...

Very friendly and accommodating staff! The breakfast was very good. My German is not fluent but their English is excellent.

It would have been good to have a fan in the room, I was there during a warm humid spell and the room was a little warm.

Easy location to find, Staff incredibly efficient and sweet, rooms are clean and spacious. Here you can find all info to enjoy activities and cultural events in the area. Good balance price and offer

The location of the hotel is more than wonderful, a very quiet and beautiful place, close to all the facilities that a traveler needs, a gas station, shops, a bus stop, a very picturesque nature, and most importantly, the hotel workers are all very wonderful people.

Location perfect. Quick check-in. Staff friendly and helpful. Large family room, bathroom, good beds, very clean. Good breakfast too. Highly recommend this hotel.
