My partner and I spent the June bank Holiday here and we had a wonderful time. The hotel itself was spotless and the staff were very friendly. We had a King room on the 2nd floor which had great views and was super quiet. The beds and pillows were amazing. We didn't eat in the restaurant but had some fantastic cocktails. The location is perfect, within walking distance of brilliant bars, restaurants and sights. WiFi and TV worked perfectly too and the shower was lovely.

The rooms are cosy so you won't really have space to unpack your suitcase but that's OK... just don't bring too much and you'll be fine.

The staff were super friendly, the location is excellent. Separate bar and restaurant were excellent for drinks in the evening. Fantastic breakfast. On top of the bunker in the Feldstraße and right next to the Dom, this hotel offers amazing views of Hamburg, you are in the middle of a lively part of town, but so high up you don’t notice it!

Our first room was an adjoining room and the soundproofing of the door was not good at all. However, we asked for another room after the first night and that was dealt with immediately and we were given a new room with a better view!

Fantastic location next to the U-bahn. Beautiful views of the city and Hamburger Dom. Really comfortable bed, full amenities in room, private balcony, friendly reception staff. We arrived very early and were able to check in and leave our luggage so that we could explore Hamburg until our room was ready.

Room door could be a little difficult to lock without slamming it. Light sensor under the bed was broken on one side so we had to block it with a towel to stop the light coming on while we slept. However we reported it to staff and they said it would get fixed.

The location in a very cool neighborhood is perfect - tons of bars, restaurants, shops in walking distance. The building is spectacular and offer amazing views.very friendly staff.

The Restaurant! breakfast is good, but at night the space turns into a kind of an upscale joint called La sala - and what a wasted opportunity that is! This location screams for a creative, brave, fresh concept. But this place is a failure from the furniture that looks like it’s taken from a Hungarian highway cantine all the way to the astonishingly uninspired menu that lingers somewhere between Spanish, Portuguese and Caribbean but picks the least interesting from everywhere. My ceviche was easily the worst ceviche ever made. Some boiled pieces of indistinguishable fish swimming an a sweet sauce that tasted like water from a pineapple can. Not even the gentle, friendly and funny waiter could save the moment. Clear the space out and start from scratch!

I had a really great time there, it's not a hotel for a typical tourist, but for one who likes unusual places in the city. and this is where something is missing: a unique design deserves a cool brand identification. currently lacking recognition. in fact, if you don't know what brand the hotel is, you won't figure it out. missing details - cool carpeting, paintings, interesting design, for example, room cards. also missing entrance marking - a bit difficult to find from the street. Would be lovely if the rooms had some closets, there is enough space for it.

Really brilliant concept, literally staying in a piece of history. The room was incredibly comfortable, with fantastic views over the city - I'd recommend our room, 215, as it didn't have the walkway outside. When we went up to the roof we could look into some bedrooms which would have been a bit strange to be staying in! The staff were great, the bar and the cafe very reasonably priced. The location is a bit unnerving at first look, but we were walking around at all hours and felt totally safe.

There was a thumping music gig on the other side of the shared corridor wall on the Friday night - we were not informed in any way that the hotel has a music venue literally inside its walls. The soundproofing in the bedroom was pretty impressive, but you could distantly hear the base music until midnight.

The hotel is situated on top of the bunker which makes this a very unique experience and makes it a worthwhile location to stay. The hotel itself lacks character and that's also because there is no real lobby / cool area that connects it all. Yes, the rooms are nice and the restaurants/bars that are up on the structure are also good, but it's all a bit disconnected (understandably given the way it's all build) and therefore impersonal. It is even noticeable in the hotel staff. They are nice enough, but it's not at all on par with how cool the vibe of this place could actually be. And just playing some cool tunes in the hallways, doesn't compensate for the lack of character. But be mindful of this if you are looking for a wholesome cosy hotel experience, especially given the rates. It acts more like a motel (you go in and out anonymously at your leisure). There are no parking spaces at the hotel (or hardly) and the hotel website didn't provide any clear instructions on alternatives. But the hotel overlooks a very large carpark that is next to the football stadium and you can park right there for a very friendly daily rate, rather than parking at the expensive parking garages nearby. Overall, a cool experience given the location/situation and the fun neighbourhood. And especially as we were also visiting the on premises concert hall for one of the nights too.

I fully understand and accept that linen and towels are not changed daily anymore, but given the room rates, I would at least expect the rooms to be tidied throughout the day. There is a room where you can get the amenities from yourself, but that all adds to the rather impersonal character of the hotel.

Magical hotel on top of a large bunker from the second World War. Guests need to take an elevator to get to the lobby, but on the way there, you get an incredible view over St Pauli, and Hamburg as a whole. Rooms are very elegant, with a very good shower. We stayed in the hotel during the Hamburger DOM, which is literally next to the hotel!

Only a limited number of parking spaces for the hotel members; we were lucky to find a parking place around the bunker, but I can imagine that this can sometimes be challenging.

Great location with the unexpected summer festivities in full swing. But also close to the fun and not least just 15 min to the harbour and many sightseeings. Maybe a bit hard to understand how to drive to the hotel due to a lot of temporary arrangements but ok. Free but few parkings near the building.

The staff in the cafe were maybe a bit tired on our short visit. It was though greatly compensated by the friendly and helpful staff we encountered otherwise.

Felt like a very special stay to be staying on top of the bunker ! The views were amazing and the rooms stylish

I wanted to upgrade one of the room ahead of the stay and it was literally almost impossible to reach the hotel. I musst have called 30 times. It ended up working out but definitely not the best experience
