The Hotel is on Reeperbahn, which is a long street known for partying, homeless people, drunk people, drug addicts and prostitution, BUT we did not experience anything weird nor did anything happen to us. We did a walking tour and the local guide said, that nothing can or will happen to you in Reeperbahn, there’s just a lot of strange people, but no crime or violence, even parents with kids live here in this area and it is ok, so don’t judge to quickly when you arrive, because it is one of the best locations to be here in Hamburg! It is int the St. Pauli district, which is also a world of its own, but it is a very very essential place to discover to understand Hamburg as a whole. The check-in was easy we came at a time when the check-in was live, but after 19:00 you have to call a number and they give you a key in front of the door in a key box, so we don’t know how smooth that type check in is, but the in person check-in was lovely, no problem and very pleasant woman.

The room was clean, it had everything we needed, but the bed frame and wood around it (a thin piece) where not in place, they were unglued or unattached and that was a bit disturbing because you had watch out that you don’t break it. NO BIG DEAL

location was good, you can get a good idea of Reeperbahn while you are also not forced to take part, quiet room out back, free hot water for tea in the "lobby"

a bit pricy for the size, free coffee and tea bags would have also been nice and would be minimal effort given the somewhat high price of the room. it's a small hotel, so for leaving luggage during the day a bit more complicated, as you then need to make sure you come back before they leave for the night.

In a very busy part of the city but remarkably quiet. Sometimes I thought I was the only one there although the hotel was fully booked. No noise from the busy street either. A good nights sleep guaranteed. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. They leave at 7pm but you can still contact them by phone in an emergency.

It is exactly what it says…a quiet comfortable no frills place to stat. There is a coffee machine in the lobby outside reception and a vending machine which was broken during my stay. There are no facilities such as a restaurant or bar but there dozens of these on the same street.

PERFECT PLACE FOR MY STAY, LOCATION IS JUST RIGHT, WALK OR SCOOTER ANYWHERE I WANTED TO GO ROOMS CLEAN, NEAT AND COMFY. BATHROOMS GREAT AND SHOWER IS AMAZING SERVICE FRIENDLY, AND HASSLE FREE. I STAYED 2 NIGHTS, WEDS THURS, AND WASNT NOISY IN THE STREET. GOOD TEMPERATURE INSIDE, 24HR SHOPS AND ATM AND FOOD OUTSIDE. WIFI WORKS GOOD. PRICE IS GREAT ROOM 203 10/10 WILL STAY AGAIN. Although in the middle of rustling and bustling Reeperbahn, the hotel offered a refuge. It’s a simple stay, nothing extra, but comfortable enough. Interior is a little weary, but clean and good for the price. Reception is open a limited amount of hours, but the check-in is pretty straightforward.

Unfortunately, there’re no fridges available, good news is that you can get hot water in a machine downstairs. No elevators.

The location is amazing. The guy who did our check-in also helped us with our luggage. 3 floors, no lift. So kind of him. The room, although it is tiny, it has everything you need, and it is extremely clean.

I miss a lift. But we had help with our luggage. So, there is nothing to complain about. There is a hairdryer, but so weak that I could not dry my hair at all.

I had a room at the back of the hotel, which was incredibly quiet despite being on the Reeperbahn on a very busy weekend. The bed was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, and the shower was great.

The room was quite small with not much space to unpack. A bottle of water would've been appreciated.

The room is a bit small but cozy and clean and is located near the "red light district" where the streets light up during the night. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the area, the metro is around 5 minutes aways and the city center is pretty close. We highly recommend it for a few days stay in Hamburg.

We arrived after the staff had left and when we wanted to Enter with the code to the door that was sent to us, it didnt work. The staff was very helpfull over phone and solved the problem. Room was OK - we liked the location, but might be loud in weekends since it is placed very central close to bars etc.

it was on a busy street but incredibly quiet inside. it is close to two Ubahn stations so easy to access from the main station.

Rooms were cleaned every dat and smelled fresh. There is a vending machine for snacks and drinks although it is room only. it is great value for money and the staff are very friendly
