located in very nice area, where from the window view you can get know that Jezus loves you and as lgbtq+ there are plenty of rainbow clubs in old kitch vintage style. Room irself was slightly different from photos, but it has been going among with red kitsch style that I had loved to be around. The room was warmed enough.

Well the beds were extremely hard and there wele lacking extra pillows that wererattached to photos. The furniture was slightly different from pictures attached at booking.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was clean, a good size and in good working order. The staff were lovely, they had an offer on breakfast which we weren't in a position to accept but it sounded great! €10 euros each for buffet breakfast. The location is perfect for the local area. You're on the Reeperbahn giving access to the entertainment district. St Pauli has it's own amazing charm. Hamburg is either a 20 minute walk away or a short ride on the S Bahn which has a station on Reeperbahn.

The walls weren't great to look at and the place looked quite run down in a lot of places. While the location is good for a lot of the things you'd want from the Reeperbahn, St Pauli and Hamburg in general, it's quite intense being in the heart of the red light district and would be unsettling to anyone that isn't ready for what comes with that.

Fine if you JUST need to sleep over.

People smoking weed infront the door many hours a day. Sketchy area all in all. Asked for extra towels before arrival, wasnt there when we arrived even tho said yes. Cleaning lady left the vaccum cleaner cord in our room even tho our room was closed. floors squeced like crazy.

The staff was very very nice and accommodating, Moheb and Raj was so friendly and helpful. The hotel doesn’t have elevator, but the staff was very helpful bringing up our luggages. All our request was given and they were very after for our safety at all times especially when booking of transportation. Hotel has a decent breakfast and we liked it! Thank you! Very helpful staff, very good breakfasts. The hotel is an oasis of cleaneness and calmness in the middle of a rather dirty and noisy neighborhood. Underground parking just some 300m away. Many reastaurants/pubs/bars in the neighborhood. Subway station some 50m away, gets you to the city center in a few minutes, 2,5 Euro/ride. Elbe (Labe) river within walking distance.

The street is rather dirty and noisy - drinking/partying going on through the whole night. Windows isolate the noise very effectively, but then you get no fresh air - there is no ventilation system to exchange the air in the room. So probably best if you join the party on the street.

-Reception was friendly and exceptional. -Araz was amazing and friendly,approachable too. -Very central location. Literally outside the S3 Reeperbahn station and near Bus stops. -Near money exchange centers, restaurants, Penny and iconic Reeperbahn shops. -Cleaning stuff cleaned the rooms and arranged the bedsheets every day.

-The windows were not that soundproof, but we're coming from a conference so we're tired and can just sleep immediately. Could be hard for sensitive sleepers. But it is only noisy during Thurs to Saturday. -The housekeeping was a hit and miss. We like that they arrange and clean the rooms everyday, but they do not clean the toilets properly. There were still some left hair in the shower sink etc. For the entire room, they did a good job cleaning the beds, floors and etc, but I do not like how they cleaned the bathroom. -The toilet seatcover is significantly smaller than the toilet seat itself. I hope they change the size of the toilet seat cover.

The hotel is nice and the room was clean and had anything we needed. We were 3 and it was specious for all of us. The value for money is excellent. Staff is super nice and welcoming. We booked without breakfast but we know it was possible to have it.

There is no lift in the hotel, and it has 4 floors. Lastly, our room was facing the street and the area is very lively at night. We slept normally but maybe it's good to know.

Hotel was located in the heart of the Reeperbahn , just down a road so not on the main strip , great location if visiting the Reeperbahn

Location was perfect , staff were very friendly , value for money

Great breakfast, served till 11am so we could also have a lie in. Short (2 minutes) walk from the S bahn Station. Room was big enough to comfortably accommodate both my wife and myself as well as our 12 and 14 year old children. Will definitely stay here again when we next visit Hamburg.

The room was a bit cold so the heater would have to be slighly increased. Just for information, this hotel is located in St Pauli which is the most vibrant district of Hamburg being also kind of a red light district.
