A truly beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The rooms were clean, cozy, and newly furnished. The young lady at the reception was absolutely wonderful – kind, empathetic and very helpful. She gave us detailed information and great recommendations about the area. The entire staff was friendly, highly professional, and always ready to assist. We truly appreciate the quality of service provided by this hotel and we will definitely stay here again during our future visits to Hamburg. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for peace, excellent service, a convenient location, and a team of professionals with a warm approach. For us, it’s a clear 110 out of 100. Everything was excellent and we did not find any shortcomings.

The hotel was very modern as it had recently been refurbished. The staff were helpful with suggestions for eating out and despite being on a main road, there was minimal traffic noise.

The room was small and decorated in dark colors which made it seem smaller. The position of the mirror and the lack of light, despite a magnifying mirror made it impossible to put on makeup. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room. You had to go to the hotel foyer if you wanted a hot drink. I would not stay on Reeperbahn again. It is very seedy.

The hotel staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The room has all necessary amenities; there is also free coffee, tea and candies at the reception. The hotel is close to the metro station. Very secure - you need to use your hotel card to enter most of the hotel areas. In general - if you are coming to Hamburg for a very short stay, this is a good value for money.

The room is small so good for solo travellers. The bed is also quite small and the blankets are very short and the pillows were not the most comfortable. Also note that this area is stack with people, especially in the night so it is quite noisy despite of sound proof.

**** standard, nice rooms, as expected. Very good breakfast. Worth 25EUR. I will probably come back.

1/ Takes 10 minutes to fill in the REGISTRATION FORM on their Ipad when you arrive. I really hope they can get that data from Booking....its so MEANINGLESS WORK. 2/ You need the keycard to get into reception also daytime ! Unexpected. But no real problem.

Rooms are spacious, clean, bed very comfortable. In the first room we had some noise due to being close to Reeperbahn, but we switched rooms, after that it was all fine. Bathrooms are a bit dark due to it's design. Service and staff were great.

No must but we we would loved it if there would have been a coffee machine in the room.

The breakfast was good but even more the guys in the room : they have been amazing friendly and helpful , really appreciated their great job.

I have no problem to sleep , but I have to say that during the week end the noise coming from the street and the close disco were quite impressive.

Clean, great location.. possibly the best shower I’ve had abroad. Beds were nice a comfy. Superb.

It’s not that I didn’t like something but I would say unless you’re in the area for a party the strip outside is noisy. So if you’re looking for quiet this isn’t the part of Hamburg for you

The rooms are a bit small for the price. , If you are sensitive to city noise this is not the right hotel for you.

Very small rooms but still manageable, lots of black in the rooms is something to like (or not), sink in bedroom instead of bath is weird, difficult to take a shower without flooding the bathroom

The super friendly and service minded staff really made our stay. Hotel was calm and quiet for such a busy area. Great breakfast and restaurant.

The toilet door was difficult to close, and mirrors were bad. Definitely not designed for women.
