The hotel room was clean, and the bathroom was even cleaner than my own at home. Although there was no one at the front desk, the instructions they provided were extremely clear, and we had no issues. Considering it's a party area, you might expect security concerns or people coming and going at all hours, but inside the hotel, it was very quiet, and the entrance door was always closed. The only issue was that I didn’t get a response when I messaged about an early checkout, so we had to wait for someone to arrive at the reception. Perhaps you could provide advance information for early checkouts. Still, not really a problem.

If you're not familiar with the Reeperbahn area, I think you should reconsider staying here. It's a very noisy neighborhood. We didn’t know and happened to be there on a Saturday. People partied like crazy outside until 6 a.m., and you can’t help but wake up to the sounds. After the party, there were taxi drivers shouting one after another, hundreds of seagulls swarming over what the partygoers left behind, and finally, the cleaning vehicles. If you're not a deep sleeper like my spouse, you might keep waking up throughout the night. However, that was due to our own lack of awareness. It’s not exactly a practical suggestion, but maybe you could consider adding extra insulation if you ever decide to replace the window frames.

Clean spacious room. All appliances available in the bedroom and bathroom (including kettle, mugs, tea, tissues, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, sufficient towels). Clear communication from hotel before check in. Good soundproofing from on street noise (red light district).

Would have appreciated some coffee option in the room (instant coffee fine) but not a major issue. Must use staircase upon entering property, so luggage needs to be carried up 1/2/3 flights

Staff was top notch. Location was good. Room was like the pictures on the site. Housekeeping had to wake up at checkout time and was very understanding.

The pillow was kind of like some old chopped up pillows in a big case. Not the most comfortable. And not so much something I didn't like, but it was a room. That's it. No frills, no extras.

The location was very central, and access to the room was convenient. The room was clean and quiet, and the facilities were quite good. We especially enjoyed the showers. Public transport and restaurants are nearby.

There is nothing much to criticise besides the smell of cigarettes in the hotel. That was mainly due to the staff smoking in front of the hotel entrance.

Automated checking was a bit frustrating, as you needed to enter a lot of personal information on the touch screen outside on a busy street before you could enter.

Clean, well connected to the city, easy check-in and check-out, good for a quick stop or trip.

I didn’t realise that a ‘private bathroom’ would mean the shower and toilet were literally in the room, next to the bed. That was uncomfortable and unexpected. As the Inn is on the Reeperbahn, it was very loud until late at night, even on a Tuesday.

Tiny fully functional single room with French bed and window, nice touch: Tee facilities & umbrella. Perfect location for who loves the red light district or what’s left of it. Very easy check in good communication. Mr Kai was very nice and the cleaning was exceptional

The room was a little warm, even though there was a fan in the room. I would have benefited from a little more room to work on the desk.

Apart from a lot of noise from the street, there’s nothing bad to say about the hotel itself!
