Hotel staff was awesome: warm, friendly, and helpful. Location was perfect with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and only a 10+ minute walk to the beach. Breakfast was excellent and comparable to the Annabelle in Pafos, Amathus in Lemesos, Grecian Bay in Agia Napa and Capo Bay in Protaras, just on a smaller scale. Hotel and room were clean, neat and comfortable enough. The grounds and pool areas were well kept and easily accessible. The photos shown on booking accurately depict the hotel, grounds and rooms.

The room lacked basic amenities like complimentary water and tea/coffee-making facilities. The cleaning service was invasive and disruptive. Having to pay 28€ for breakfast, the service was unacceptably slow, and the absence of coffee machines was inconvenient. For a 4-star hotel, this was far below expectations—you can do much better!

Location is incredible, the view above the city and harbour is stunning! Love the full window view!

- There is no phone in the room. Only one in the hallway. Very concerning, considering emergencies and also for general questions. - Bath room has a very bad smell. Only left after using the shower. - Room service is only until 9:30pm…also on weekends. This doesn’t make sense.

The staff greeted us with a smile and the check-in process was quickly completed. The hotel's central location provided easy access to local attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Additionally, the check-out process was smooth and efficient. Overall, we were satisfied and consider it a hotel we would choose again.

We experienced no negative issues and overall, we were satisfied.

Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. I would definitely stay there again.

There was no swimming Pool in the Hotel and There was no kettle in the room.

The spread of breakfast was very good. Generally, all the areas are very clean and well organized.

If Netflix or Disney Plus available will be an added bonus during the stay, like using our existing subscription to sign in.

Location and breakfast are great. if you are so lucky to get a room with a view over the harbour it is fantastic. There is a bar on the top if you do not like Reberbahn. The harbour waterfront, Fishmarket, St Pauli and Reberbahn are in walking distance. Public 50 kW EV chargers on the streets outside but only one hour charging and three hours for the 11 kW chargers.

There is no EV chargers in the parking basement under the hotel. You have to find a charging spot on the streets. A number of 11 kW chargers for hotel guests would be a significant improvement.

Location

Roof bar coat and reservation policies. We came to the roof bar and, without reservation, were not able to get a window table. There were many window tables free while we were there, but all had a "reserved" sign on them.

I loved the views from the room we were in. The very large windows allowed uninterrupted views over the Port and the city. It was stunning. The food was delicious. The cleaning lady woke us up by coming into our room 3 times between 8.00 and 9.00. I doub't she is this months employe.
