Good location, great parking space, clean.

No possibility to order hot water or tea at lounge at evening, no water boiler in room. No iron in room. Bed for our taste a little to hard. We booked this hotel just because of sky bar , but sky bar was over crowded by guests from outside and it wasn’t a single available table left. You can’t reserve table at sky bar either.

Hotel staff was awesome: warm, friendly, and helpful. Location was perfect with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and only a 10+ minute walk to the beach. Breakfast was excellent and comparable to the Annabelle in Pafos, Amathus in Lemesos, Grecian Bay in Agia Napa and Capo Bay in Protaras, just on a smaller scale. Hotel and room were clean, neat and comfortable enough. The grounds and pool areas were well kept and easily accessible. The photos shown on booking accurately depict the hotel, grounds and rooms.

Very convenient pre cruise departure. Great location near the River Elbe with good view as we were on a higher floor. Impressive and interesting 270 degree view of the harbour from hotel bar on Level 20 of the hotel

Room was not ready for us which was disappointing, particularly as we had had a 36 hour journey from Australia, but staff gave us complimentary drink vouchers and were very pleasant and helpful.

Great location, fabulous hotel and facilities, excellent breakfast and the bar is superb! Friendly and helpful staff!

The room lacked basic amenities like complimentary water and tea/coffee-making facilities. The cleaning service was invasive and disruptive. Having to pay 28€ for breakfast, the service was unacceptably slow, and the absence of coffee machines was inconvenient. For a 4-star hotel, this was far below expectations—you can do much better!

Location is incredible, the view above the city and harbour is stunning! Love the full window view!

- There is no phone in the room. Only one in the hallway. Very concerning, considering emergencies and also for general questions. - Bath room has a very bad smell. Only left after using the shower. - Room service is only until 9:30pm…also on weekends. This doesn’t make sense.

Breakfast was great, location very central within walking distances from the main areas. The quay is just across the road. Plenty of good restaurants around.

Early check-in when the room is ready for only 1 hour before the stipulated time is a bit to heavy. I understand revenue but flexibility is key in hospitality.

The staff greeted us with a smile and the check-in process was quickly completed. The hotel's central location provided easy access to local attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Additionally, the check-out process was smooth and efficient. Overall, we were satisfied and consider it a hotel we would choose again.

We experienced no negative issues and overall, we were satisfied.

The room was on the 6th floor, on the corner of the building and had wall to wall and ceiling to ceiling windows. The room was clean & comfortable

Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. I would definitely stay there again.

There was no swimming Pool in the Hotel and There was no kettle in the room.

The views of The Elbe and the Hamburg are exceptional, especially from the level 20 bar. If you want a window seat make a reservation. The breakfast buffet was high quality and good value for money. It starts early which is great for travel requirements.
