The room was clean including the bed and bed linen. We also like the decoration however the lamp could be less glaring. The team staff informed me where to find the nearest car park responding to my email quickly 😀 thank you!

The hotel was comfortable to sleep however the noise and cigarette smoke from the street disturbed our sleep. When we closed the window, we could finally sleep but then it got hot. There is a time-consuming self-check-in, however, it was easy to follow the instructions. The nearest underground car park charges €22 per night but takes 10 minutes to reach the hotel.

1. Good location, riddled though with the homeless, drunks and drug addicts. That's the charm of Reeperbahn. 2. Great price, though limited time-wise. 3. Quite clean. 4. Kitsch interior — sometimes one appreciates a non-standard design. 5. Interesting concept. 6. No need to talk to people.

1. Even though the room and the bathroom were clean enough, there was a couple of spots that required some attention. 2. A monstrous fifteen-arm chandelier didn't provide enough light. 3. Self-check-in may prove a bit tricky for some people. Make sure to memorise your room's name: there are no numbers. 4. The pillows were really uncomfortable for me but they may be fine for other people.

The location was good for our purpose, it’s a very busy area but we found it quite entertaining. Very well connected and lots of places nearby for food. Comfortable and bathroom nice and clean

The rooms needs a bit of love and attention, the lights around the wonderful picture on the wall don’t work, which is a real shame as it’s really cool The area itself attracts a lot of homeless people so it can feel a little intimidating although we didn’t have any issues and everyone minds their own business

I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect The location was excellent close to everything I needed and easy to access. There was a self check-in machine that made the process very smooth, and it provided the room key card right away The machine was user-friendly and quick The room and the entire hotel were very clean and well-maintained The price was also very reasonable for what was offered. I highly recommend this place

Bilal was very friendly and helpful during our check-in. I like the public transport network within the area. It was very easy to reach from the airport (14-15 stops by S1).

We arrived 5 minutes before the check-in and no one answered the ring :) Previous reviews suggested that the location is house to people who prefer to live outside but that they were on their own and would not disturb anybody else. However there were a lot of those people around and it was quite shocking. Not being able to check-in is one thing, not being able to enter the hotel is another. As I was travelling with my mom, I at least would have wanted to enter the premises.

Liked the room, size, bathroom, cleanest place to use the bathroom as most other facilities in Reeperbahn were disgusting. Housekeeping staff were fantastic. English wasnt great but tried to communicate without rather than ignore you which was very appreciated.

Homeless people outside. (hotel cant help) Awful smell sometimes fills the premises, like sewage but that is throughout the area not necessarily the hotel but nothing to combat it. Reception doesnt start until 3pm and English isnt a strong point so it can be difficult to communicate. They are also very slow at checking in.

A fantastic and spacious room, really big and comfortable beds. The look of the hotel hallways and reception and the decor in the rooms is… very special… but fitting to the area on the Reberbahn where the hotel is located. Despite the fact that we had a big window facade on the second floor towards the Reberbahn, it was completely quiet in our room, and we slept fantastic! Toilet and shower was small, but everything worked. The receptionist was very kind and helpful upon check-in.

My daughter and I knew nothing about Hamburg when we booked the hotel, so we were very surprised to find the hotel amongst the many stripclubs, bars and arcades ;-). Thus we felt somewhat insecure walking around the area. We had hoped to be able to get an early check-in, but as the hotel reception is only manned btw 15-22, that was not possible. Also, it would not be possible to pick up the key after 22. That fact should be clearly stated on booking.com when you want to book this hotel.

Location was excellent, right on the Reeperbahn (a very lively area, so you have to be able to appreciate that - we did). The room was really clean, bathroom was nice and spacious. They have absolutely amazing black-out curtains that we really appreciated.

Bed was very narrow. I travelled with a friend and we wanted to book a room with two twin beds - only after booking did we get the notice that 'they couldn't guarantee twin beds but would try their best'. We ended up not getting twin beds (and I wonder why - it didn't seem particularly busy when we were there). We don't mind sharing a double bed but it was a very narrow bed. I wish the bed was as spacious as the shower in the bathroom...

Electronic check-in was a little complicated , you need to have a card to pay the City tax , there's no room number or name on your card or receipt so to find your room you must try different rooms with your card . No WiFi in the room.. no reception
