big rooms, clean, great outside pattio to sit and relax. walking distance to the city. really classy room with space to evrything we had. great shower (should be a little less clostorfobic tho lol

we came for one night, the staff wasn't really helpfull about anything we asked them about the city. the room didn't have a coffe maker - should be, like in every standart hotel room. TV wasn't working properly and the remote wasn't really friends with the TV

Modern hotel in an attractive part of the city. Bustling restaurant with an atmospheric bar. Prices are stiff but the staff is excellent. Reception was slow due to the system where you have to type your own information. Check out could have been more friendly. Nevertheless a very good place to stay, wine and dine.

The room was warm notwithstanding us trying to influence the AC system. That had no effect.

Very big newly decorated room. The best I have seen in years. Great sushi bar though reservation needed if you do not wish to sit at the bar, which was not an issue for us. We got umbrellas when it rained. Metro is five minute walk, three stops to down-town

Breakfast was too expensive so we opted out. Neighborhood is a bit dodgy (strip bars in a street next by), which explains the dark lights in hotel, so it is not recommendable for families with kids

A trendy and fun hotel with lots of unexpected custom touches. Furniture is delightful. Bed super comfortable. We travelled with our dog and they brought a "doggie kit" with big leather dog bed, dishes and some treats. There are treats for the grownups too . .. including free slippers and gummy bears at reception. A very nice room, good restaurant and bar downstairs. Wonderful breakfast. Nice staff.

Beautiful hotel , modern , clean , bright

I asked for a coffee machine on the morning of the first full day and did not receive it at all even though I had been approved by reception. I had to go to reception twice for an iron/board

Firstly, THE BATH. east Hotel's "Splash" rooms have the most amazing bathtub EVER. The room is worth every cent based on the bathtub alone - so if you are of an aquatic bent, this is definitely the option for you. All other facilities, including a lovely large bed, are on point as well. Breakfast-wise, the hotel's offerings were a little on the pricey side for my personal tastes - but that is "each to their own." There are many wonderful cafes and bakeries nearby that you can visit if you are of a similar mindset. The location was perfect for me. A five minute walk from the Reeperbahn, and more importantly, as an avid St. Pauli fan, a five minute walk from the Millerntor. A question here on Booking.com asks me if the area around the property is safe? Yes. It's safe. Like any city, simply don't get yourself mixed up in anything you should not and you will be fine.

Honestly, I can find no fault in east Hotel whatsoever.

This was our second stay at eastHotel. That we returned to this hotel should say all that needs to be said. It truly is a remarkable location which I can not recommend enough. The rooms are laid out and furnished to perfection. The location is ideal, within easy walking distance of anything you might want to see in St. Pauli, and within reasonable walking distance of districts such as Altstadt, St. George, Hafencity etc. The subway link is but a stone's throw away if you desire to go further afield.

For this price it would be a nice to be able to make coffee or a hot beverage from your room. Also an iron should be included as standard without having to request for one at the front desk

Since sharing the bedroom with a friend it would have been nice with a private bathroom/shower and two separate beds. No English channels on the tv (although this is not very important).

Sorry to say… we had dinner at the bar, nice food, bad company… some … thats not the problem….too loud talking… not educated… Uncomfortable… for the price we payed…4 star hotel… missing a bit of quality life
